The girls and I got together to catch up. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and seen the girls at the bar. Cat was our bartender and she was nice. They had happy hour that consisted of 1 taco and 1 beer/margarita for $10. I went with the shrimp taco and margarita. I wasn’t feeling the margarita so I switched to the red wine. The shrimp taco came out and it looked good and it tasted ok. The owner treated us to a drink which was nice of him. I went with the lemon drop martini and the bartender had to go to the recipe book for the instructions. She made a face when she tasted it so I already knew I wasn’t going to like it. I tried it and I didn’t like it. I just stuck with the red wine. I will say the bill was affordable though.

Local bar in town its pretty straight to the point nothing to fancy. They don’t have much food options I tried the shrimp taco it was good. I tried a few drinks and had mix reviews some was way to strong and some where good. They have a apple mule I thought I’d enjoy but I didnt.

This is a nice (small) spot for tacos and drinks at HH. They don’t have a lot of food options but love their shrimp tacos! Chips and guacamole were also good but I was charged $9 when on the menu says $6. Staff is friendly and owner as well. I’m a local so I do come by often. Wish they would bring back the birria tacos/ ramen soup back!

This is our go-to spot. Cat is lovely and kind. We like to sit outdoors in the booth, and order margaritas (which sometimes come with small edible flowers) or even simply seltzer, plus the chicken fingers or shrimp tacos. The servings are generous and the prices are reasonable. We appreciate this neighborhood spot!

Sadly they just don’t have their act together. We ordered online, it said they opened at 6pm and delivery would happen around 6.45pm. At 7.20pm I had heard nothing, no one answers the phone so walked over there. The lady on duty shared that they don’t open till 7pm and the online service was wrong…it was 7.30pm by then. No call was made to me to say when the food would arrive. The food was ready and cold. If I hadn’t come there I have no idea if I would have gotten our food. And the food was mediocre. Will not order from them again, which is a shame since I would love to support a local business.

Eating at tacobarjc made me feel like I was at a hip little taco shop in the east village. Food was well priced and actually very filling (and tasty!). Full bar and great vibe. Do yourself a favor and go support this place. It’s a great addition to the neighborhood!

I love those tacos, especially Birria’s Tacos. OMG, it’s impossible not to go to eat my favorite tacos every week. Thanks for being close to my house. I like how they treat customers as they have good service. I recommend it, they are super good and it is worth eating those tacos and spending a beautiful afternoon with your friends and family.
