Just came from here…the lady who took the order had such an attitude right from the jump, it was unpleasant. After I came home i saw the gordita i ordered had the full cardboard in the taco between the tortilla. Never had this issue till tonight. So unpleasant. THEY REALLY MADE THIS GORDITA WITH THE CARDBOARD. ☠️

The service is horrendous! It has been that way for the past couple years. This TACO BELL is under construction to reshape the dining room so the pick ups has to go to the drive thru. But do not come or recommend this place because the staff is rude and when you place a mobile order, you might not get it unless you are in a car. I placed a mobile order and went there in person without a car, one worker told me to go to the drive thru still and another worker at the drive thru won’t give me my food without a car. They were absolutely rip me off even though I told them I placed an mobile order and have a receipt as proof. They did not follow any customer guidelines or have a simple customer interaction about giving me my food that I order, they basically told me to MOVE ON, just to take care with another customer without communicating with me! The food order they gave me was not a well order, which is another fault!!

Talk about rude, lazy, unprofessional and immature!!! While I waited for my food inside they were complaining about being busy because all the drive through customers they had because of the Big E. Called them all broke and cheap because apparently they should’ve just bought food at the Big E so that they don’t have to work hard. On top of that once my order was done I wasn’t handed it, it was thrown to me on the counter without even a word being said and the employee proceeded to laugh and speak about other customers that they’ve encountered. What I ordered did not come out as it usually does at other Taco Bell restaurants. Prices are pretty much the same at every Taco Bell so the experience and quality is what should be looked at and they are DEFINITELY not up to par. The interior is clean only because they barely have walk in customers due to the location. Management needs to be notified!

This place was incredibly slow in the drive thru both for taking our order and giving us our food. Then they didn’t give us one of our items and they didn’t give us any sauce we requested. Then when I went back in I was ignored for many minutes and then they sent me back for my receipt. When I came back in with it they made me wait all over again.

The food here is decent, for taco bell standard. The service on the other hand, horrendous! It has been that way for the past few years. My family lived in the area for Many years. At one point in time this was a Favorite spot for me and many friends. They started by restaffing the crew. Than started limiting time allowed to spend in the restaurant. Than they locked up the bathroom and claimed “For Customers Only.” Well when I went in around 8am (yes, they serve breakfast here) I was told that it’s “too early to open the bathroom door.” What?! So I bought a coffee, which took a very long time to prepare. Now, I just walk past this place and consider it to be a favorite from the past, a total disappointment now.

Hands down the greatest Taco Bell my husband and I have ever been to!! The food was great, service was quick, the manager was very helpful!! He went above and beyond! The best taco supreme and the burritos were rolled perfectly! We will definitely be back!

Clearly the green drink is not a St. Patrick’s Pepsi Zero. I ordered a Pepsi Zero and I don’t want to drink this green carbonated one I was given. Are you becoming a dunkin and learning how to mess up orders… seriously get your act together. I’ve done your style job and never one handed out the wrong items to a single customer in 22 years of serving the public.
