My first time at this Taco Bell, just wanted to say thank you! I came through yesterday with a mobile order. My order can be complicated sometimes because I am vegan and often omit or add ingredients to my order. When the app doesn’t have the “fresco” option I imagine that makes it even more complicated! It’s not uncommon for some sour cream, or even beef, to make it into my food when I order at other Taco Bell’s. But the crew here made my order PERFECTLY, and I just wanted to say THANK YOU!!

Fasted I’ve ever gone through a taco bell drive thru, super friendly service, order was on point. Probably 6 cars in front of me at 10pm and had my food within 10 minutes. The guy running things tonight is a rockstar, somebody give that man a raise lol.

At 4:55 on a Sunday, 3 people working and they turned away drive thru orders. Dine in is closed but they were only taking mobile orders. What is that about? There was a huge tournament just down the street. Wendy’s across the street had a huge line as well as McDonald’s. They are losing customers for a reason.

Hi this is a poor customer service Taco Bell. After 20 minutes of waiting in the drive through for my food and I get to the window the employee who is a read headed, had a very rude attitude, he said he wasn’t giving me the food. Very unprofessional, no education whatsoever and bad customer service. It should be close this restaurant forever.

The past two times I visited this location I was told that they were only accepting orders through the mobile app. Even though the kid could communicate with me over the intercom in the Drive-Thru he wouldn’t take my order. Rediculous. Went to Wendy’s instead.

Sadly only 2 people working. When you got to the drive thru they advised they were only taking mobile orders. So that took some time to pull out of line, make the mobile order, then drive around and get back in line. Despite the difficulty the gal at the window still had a smile on her face.

To the manager: I’m not sure what’s wrong with the microphone system, but please get it fixed. You have wonderful workers that were so polite and tried their best to get my order right, but I had to repeat it 3 times because they couldn’t hear the drive thru monitor. Luckily my food allergy symptoms aren’t as bad as some people’s and I was able to pull most of what I can’t have off and eat it anyway with only mild symptoms. Please get this fixed so your team can continue providing excellent service.
