Order is always wrong and/or missing items. Typically if you go back with the food they will check and fix what is wrong. One time I went back through the drive thru immediately after getting the food, waited another 15 minutes in the line, and was told at the window by the female manager that they were not fixing the food and would call the police on me if I didn’t leave? Like I get that they were slammed busy, I had the item that was wrong to give to them, but she immediately said to leave without even bothering to look at what they gave me.. Going forward if I ever go here again I will only pay with my card, I will never attempt to have the order fixed and I will simply dispute the charges when the order is wrong and I will sit at the drive-thru window and check every single item before driving away. Horrendous customer service.

Came in with my son and the store manager was very friendly and nice. She even let my son try their new all natural meat chicken nuggets and he became a huge fan. Now I know where to go to get him nuggets where they aren’t super processed. I also gathered info to get them marked as open again on Google.

THIS IS PROBABLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD AT ANY FAST FOOD PLACE. spent 35 minutes in line only to wait another 11 waiting for our food. they didn’t start making it until we got up there and the cashier had to keep telling people to make it. as we are waiting for our food the workers had made their own food and was walking around eating and goofing around. non of the workers were actually working and where walking around doing absolutely nothing. they were too lazy to refill the drinks.. after almost 50 mins of waiting i received the food and was barely any meat in my taco… honestly extremely disappointed and will never be returning to taco bell again.

Ordered a grilled cheese burrito and they put tomatoes on it instead of the chips and the wrong cheese that is supposed to go on this burrito. They literally changed the entire burrito without saying a word to me. Pathetic waste of money! Never again!

ordered food and i paid $16.63 and they were like “since you were really nice would you like two bags of cinnamon twists” and i said with a smile “sure” they filled my entire bag with cinnamon twists and no actual food my friends and i ordered. didn’t even give us our drinks either. very upsetting.

Absolutely the worst. I pull into the drive thru and no one answers. Me and my wife were talking and when her alarm went off the order taker finally answered “hello?” No greeting or nothing. We get my order taken I ask for a steak grilled stuft meal with an extra soft taco. I’m stuck waiting in the drive thru as they messed up the order of the woman in front of us, took about 5 or so minutes just for me to get to the window with only 1 car in front of us. I get my order everything seems to be there, but when I get home to eat, it seems they took my steak burrito and removed all meat from it. They rang it in as a beef grilled stuft burrito no beef add steak, charging me for steak. They took the no beef but did not add steak. I tried to give this location another chance but they are about the stupidest people I have ever dealt with, literally every time I go there they mess up the order or forget items. I am nothing but courteous, making sure to say please and thank you.

I work here & Customers don’t seem to understand that the store is under staffed at times but the employees try their best. And the thing customers don’t think about when “having to wait” and not everyone goes to a restaurant ordering 1 singular thing you may be waiting for 1 thing but KEEP in mind that the person in front of you probably ordered 24 tacos and a 16 pc chicken and 8 sides and stuff like that doesn’t take 30 seconds to make RESPECTFULLY. so have some patience like a respectable human being.

If I could rate without any stars I would, my order is consistently wrong but after tonight I’ll NEVER go there again. The pics show what my “nachos bell Grande with extra cheese” $4.49 plus tax looked like before I went in and requested the “full”order and extra cheese, second pic shows what I received, then I unrolled my “5 layer burrito”to see they used am extra (taco) tortilla to make it feel like it was made right. My daughters pathetic side of cheese for her chicken nachos (6pc) is also shown, she had enough cheese for 3 of the 6 and her burrito supreme lacked sour cream and was ice cold, not even a hint of warmth. And I am only reviewing this final visit, I didn’t even talk about how filthy the store is, they’re always out of something (usually seasoned beef)or that their coke slaw is not edible… bottom line even if you’re about to die from starvation, take a risk, go ANYWHERE else, just DO NOT try to eat here you’ll leave grossed out (you’ll have eyes rolled at you if you attempt to get your meal as ordered and paid for – zero customer service skills here period all shifts/ALL employees)and possibly hungrier than you were when you arrived!
