Guy refused to take our order had alot of attitude. Everything we ordered were barely a portion. Paid 50 bucks for garbage. Order wasnt completed right. The music in the lobby was way to loud couldnt here what the guy even said when we tried to talk to him about our order. Will be calling to speak to manager in the morning.

Taco Bell’s food and quality is just not good anymore. Seems to be a trend for a lot of restaurants. Both fast food chains as well as mom and pop shops. I’m not expecting top quality at a place like this. I’m just looking for a little bit more effort Restauranters are going to have a decision to make? Do they only want to make money or do they want to serve you great quality food? If the answer is now, we’re going to have to stop patronizing these places

I went here to get dinner. And was ignored by the staff. When I asked if someone was going to take my order they told me that I had to use the kiosk. I informed that that I don’t use them and I would like them to take my order. The girl said that she could get her manager. When I told her that I would appreciate that, she just went back to work preparing orders. When I asked again if she could get the manager she started getting even more rude than she already was and told me that she would get the manager when she was done. I personally will never use this Taco Bell again even though it would be more convenient.

The service was horrible. I had to wait to be served for about 10 minutes there was no lines it wasn’t busy at all. I was just standing there to the register while the employees ignored that I was there. The employees literally look at me and whispered to each other. No one acknowledge that I was there until 10 minutes after.

I am literally baffled at how the staff is literally just hanging around and socializing. Not only are they socializing but they are using profanity. The GM should really gain control of this location because I see it going nowhere FAST! In all my years of eating at Taco Bell my tacos have never fallen apart. They seriously need to hire an entire new crew if they want to stay open.

1 star for this place is GENEROUS!!!! All of the reviews are right with this place. It could have been something huge in southie. The employees are sub par at best! They were rude to me when they lost my order. My crunch wrap supreme had nothing on it it was entirely tortilla. Disappointing when fast food is not fast…. It’s worth paying triple to get a taco at Loco.
