Very much like other taco bell locations, not much customer service inside and no acknowledgment at the front counter. They really want you to use the app or kiosk. I ordered ahead on the app and the food was made right, and was hot, but no napkins in the bag. Decor is nice and booths are very cushy and comfortable. A good, cheap meal. Always.

I’ve been to this Taco Bell so many times before it is by far the worst one in the area. The workers are extremely lazy and extremely rude. Every time I get my orders my tacos barely have anything inside of them. It’s an embarrassment to whoever manages were even owns this taco bell. My order has also never been right, I always have to go in and correct it. Not to mention when I used to do DoorDash I once waited almost 2 1/2 hours for my customers food. If you order past 8 PM don’t expect the food for about an hour.

When the employees actually read your options on online orders and oblige (like simply omitting lettuce) then they usually do an amazing job. The volcano tacos are back in 2023 and I love them. I have always loved them and think they should be permanent. This is my main Taco Bell because of my location but either way it’s my favorite as opposed to the RI locations. I appreciate the employee and applaud their work. Im sure it’s difficult as most people order multiple tacos so it must be a lot of food coming out of there daily. Their slushies are to die for especially the blue one!

Best Taco Bell around. The only thing they must do is correctly label the food. You literally need to open up every tortilla to see what it is so you can give everybody their correct meal. Otherwise no other complaints
