I ordered a chicken sandwich, through drive-thru, and the bun was cold, chicken wasn’t hot. The food wasn’t hot and fresh. I wasn’t happy camper, with the amount of money I spent. The only thing that was hot and delicious was the new 5 piece chicken nuggets.

Decent taco bell for sure but the KFC here is closed due to staff shortages and everything is drive thru only. Everyone who is complaining about the drive thru doesn’t realize that there can be more than one person in the car. We came as a party of 7 in 2 cars and it took maybe 15 minutes to get all of our orders. Definitely not terrible. Took off 1 star because some of our order was wrong and took off another star because it wasn’t packed well and there was spillage in the bag. I know it’s tough to get everything right all the time and the overall experience was okay for taco bell.

Wish I could give zero stars, this place is hands down the worst Taco Bell / KFC around. 40 minutes for a couple tacos and fries. Can’t get any frozen drinks as machines have been broken for 10+ years. 15 minutes in drive thru, 25 minutes waiting in parking lot. Finally had to go in and no one at counter. Slamming of pots, pans or whatever in the back. Sounded like 5 or 6 people back there however no one checking on customers however no problem swearing up a storm. Was extremely unprofessional screaming words in the back as loud as can be that wete completely inappropriate, had my child with me and it will be the last time they come to such a poorly run environment. This place needs a major reconstruction of management asap. Wrong orders, bad service. 100% terrible experience and I hate to complain but I’ve never seen anything run so bad in my life. This location is a disgrace to the brands.

Night manager working on 7-11-23 approximately 930pm was horribly rude. Intentionally gave me food I did not order bud they had run out of a food item that i did order. When asked to fix the mistake I was told to sit in mobil order parking and it would be fixed. After 10+ minutes he never came. Went back to drive through where he told me he would not refund my money or let me pick a food item that I would enjoy eating rather than the bland chips and cheese I was given. I left very upset. Will not go here again

Couldn’t get our order right, overcharged for what we got cause they gave us cheaper products than the burritos we ordered, and place smells from lack of janitorial work. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ordered at.

We have frequented this taco Bell many times. We went today and it seems like it has really gone downhill. The feelings in the tacos were minuscule, probably not more than a tablespoon. We also got the quesadilla and we’re hard-pressed to find the cheese. We were so disappointed. Why has the quality gone down so much and so quickly. We won’t be going back back.

You never know when this place is open/closed since they’re so understaffed. You have to wait 20 plus minutes for an order in the drive through when it is open. I don’t blame the working staff, I blame whoever is store manager of this location. Do better.

Today makes the third time in so many weeks that I came to this Taco Bell/ KFC for it to be closed. I understand with the Covid-19 issue there’s a lot of under staffing going on but a simple notice on drive-thru and on the doors doesn’t take anymore time to let your customers know that YOU ARE CLOSED, that way we won’t waist our time especially when we are on our break. Oh and there were food left out on the table in the dining room and trash out in view to see. Went back to take these photos and an employee how refused to give me her name came to the door to tell me the they were closed. I mentioned to her about the food on the table that shouldn’t be there and all she said was I get it. No she does not get it, I could’ve been a food inspector for all she cared.
