Extremely poor service and dirty tables. Food was good once we got it. Two large groups got the wrong orders and left after waiting 30 minutes. They were refunding everyone’s money and handing out vouchers for free tacos. It’s simple. Keep the restaurant clean,, Make one order at a time and give it to the right people.

Everything was terrible. Got our orders completely wrong, tables and restrooms were dirty, drinks tasted syrupy, and the manager didn’t seem to care much. What really made us upset was when they were making our order a second time, the crew was laughing and taking their time, as if we were to blame. Fire the entire crew and start fresh.

This location has gone downhill in the last year or so. The staff either isn’t trained properly or they just don’t care, because they can never seem to get an order right. We come here because of the convenient location, but I’m beginning to think that it would be more convenient to drive 20 minutes away to a Taco Bell whose quality is more consistent.

Employee lied to my face and was rude. I had ordered a Blue Raspberry Breeze freeze from the app, but the one that she gave me at the window was a regular one. I asked her about it and she said “we dont do those anymore” even though it was on the app, on promo posters all over the restaurant, and I was literally looking at the half full breeze flavoring bottle right behind her as she said that? Just own the mistake and make a new one, c’mon.

When I went to the epping Taco Bell it was almost 9pm the staff was friendly as I was ordering and friendly at the window. They weren’t busy but my food came out super fresh, super hot, and correct. Anytime I go to Manchester or Rochester my order is never right. I would highly recommend the epping NH location
