I’ve tried to eat here twice this year. Both times, after waiting more than 20 minutes, I was unable to get any food. The manager needs to learn simple math. Sell nothing, make nothing. Stop being so cheap and pay whatever you need to get competent help, or close. Give the franchise to someone who can make it work.

Nobody that works here has a single clue how to work a job, cook or serve food in a timely fashion, absolutely zero people skills…. this place should be demolished and literally anything else built in its place would be a massive Improvement. Been here at least five times and every time my order was either completely wrong, my girlfriend didn’t even get her food at all, food was burnt to a crisp on one side while cold on the other, and on top of it all no apologies or anything for the massive amount of miscues. At this point it’s just on me for continuing to go here, they are who they are at this point it’s just a shame there aren’t many taco bells and the one near me is completely off the table.

The absolute worst taco bell I have ever been to. Expect a half hour wait atleast, if not more. The order is always wrong. Either something is missing or they just add random ingredients like lettuce or tomato into your quesadilla. They really need to hire some people that actually like there job. And when you call to talk to the manager the phone is always off the hook.

I want to give a higher review because I like their food and the employees are always friendly, but they are so understaffed it effects things. The wait to order at drive through is long, and still longer to get your food. I got extra food at my last visit, even though I questioned it at the window. Which means the poor guy behind me had even longer to wait because I think I got part of his order. Hopefully they will get the help they need rather than running on a skeleton crew, talking the pressure of the current staff and improving service and experience in the meantime. Hang in there!

Food was typical Taco Bell/KFC. The dining room was not open when we got there (Sat 8/12 at 8:30p-ish) which was displeasing. Eating TB in your car is not fun.

Went in to get lunch, ordered a simple 8 piece nugget meal and steak quesadilla. Waited 30 minutes while the 8 orders after myself were served. When questioned they said they skipped it. At this point I asked for a refund in which the employee lost it on me yelling they didn’t have time for it. Employee enough staff or close until you can.

This drive thru is the slowest. I was the only one in it, and it took about 15 minutes. This is typical for this location. I am confused about Taco Bell and whether or not it is fast food. You would think cooking burgers would take longer than throwing together a taco. Therefore, TB would be faster than many of the other local fast food joints. It seems like every time I eat here not only are they assembling the taco, but they are also cooking the meat, procuring and processing the meat from a cow farm, mining the salt and harvesting chili peppers from Mexico. All that to say, it takes a lot longer than it should. Kinda like this post.

This place is the worst. Every time I come here hours before closing they’re out of food. And it’s usually multiple different things and just happen to be what we’re ordering every time. Then the orders are wrong 75% of the time. Awful experience every time and I don’t know why I kept coming back but this will be my last time. Not only that but the wait times are usually abnormally long and the staff is rude. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else!
