One of the meals I ordered didn’t get put in even though it was read back to me. When I first got the food I said I was missing a drink. I got the drink then parked to see if we had everything. I went in to explain about the missing meals. I told the young girl that the dipping cheese cap wasn’t on and burnt 3 of my fingers and the bag ripped from being to heavy. She told me I didn’t pay for the meal even though I ordered 2 #8s she repeated back to me. I had to run back outside to get cash. I had 4 kids and another in the car all upset and hungry. Don’t forget I was the only person in the drive-thru. When I went to the front to fox order I had to wait. You would think after getting 3 of my fingers burnt by the cheese and to boot I pulled my hand out the bag real fast and flung cheese all over the car. You think they would of just said sorry here’s the missing meal. The rest of the order got cold because of everything. Good management you want to satisfy the customer to avoid loosing business.

I have not been to Taco Bell in years, but when I showed up to this Taco Bell and was served by James, I have to say the experience was amazing. Service was precise and accurate. The one thing I hate about fast food is everybody looks like they hate their job, but at this Taco Bell, everybody greet you with a smile especially James.

They gave my food away to the wrong people out the window twice, which was hilarious because I was standing waiting by the counter. If you want to watch a comedy show, come watch these people try to work at this Taco Bell. What a mess. Taco Bell needs to raise the bar for hiring workers… All this free food just going out the window, literally. No wonder the prices for a simple taco are so high nowadays. Can’t say anything bad about the food though; it’s Taco Bell, what do you think it’s going to taste like? It all tastes the same from every location.

Rude employees, order wrong, horrible service. First Google review I’ve ever left because this place is consistently bad. Was told product was waiting to heat up to temp, and it will take 10 minutes. Waited in parking lot fot 15. Went through, was told the same exact thing verbatim. I told them this is what I heard last time and not to be rude but are you sure it will take another 10 minutes. Person I was talking to seemed upset and did not hear a reply for 30 seconds. I was very pleasant and nice especially since I don’t like to complain to workers or be rude at all. I asked if anyone was there and a different man’s voice said that I need to wait for the product to get to a safe temperature. I did not want to wait another 15 minutes (always wait 5 mins extra just in case) so I asked if 10 minutes was an accurate estimate. Employee responded saying again that they needed to wait for the product to come to temperature in a very annoyed voice. I was friendly the whole interaction while they were quite nasty and I would have not minded at all if they told me initially they did not know how long it would take. This is just the most recent interaction that prompted his review but it is from from the only bad experience and i would not even say this is the worst one from this taco bell location. Never have had issues with taco bell until this place. Don’t think I’ll come back.

This is one of too many occasions that this Taco Bell has missed putting items in my bag. This particular time was a new record! They failed to put 3 of the items I ordered in my bag. They packed the bag in such a way that it looked full (Nice trick putting the napkins at the bottom to take up room). The shortage wasn’t discovered until I got all the way home. It’s okay, I didn’t eat so that everyone else at home could… This is the last time I’ll get shorted by Taco Bell. As it doesn’t seem like they’ll hire staff that can read a screen, that has the order spelled out on it, anytime soon.

My first experience of boba tea was awesome! A friend and I came here together to share our first boba experience. The staff was very nice, the teas were good albeit perhaps a little too much boba for our liking. Next time, we’ll definitely try some of the food!

The most unorganized unprofessional fast food I’ve ever been to. I went to order food they said they don’t accept cards at the moment only cash (not the first time they have done this) so I order online. I’ve been waiting over 50 min for my order. And their reasoning is they are understaffed. But I’ve been watching the drive through line move along like nothing. The manager and her staff super unprofessional yelling and swearing at each other like if there’s no one in the lobby. I’ve never waited this long to eat at an actual dine in restaurant like I’m waiting now: this is straight bonkers. They need to do better. Probably why they can’t keep staff. Pretty annoying.

Of several individuals gathered in the vicinity of the cash register, I couldn’t figure out WHO worked there and why ONE of them could not seem to figure out that I was a customer who wanted to be waited on. While they chitchatted among themselves and at one point with another customer, perhaps 10 or so minutes went by until somebody apparently remembered he worked there and that his job was to take customer orders.

This restaurant used to be OK when it was first built nearly 20 years ago. Now, it sucks. They got rid of all their good food, ruining the menu. The lobby sucks now too. They used to have TV’s that showed the X-Games and stuff. Now, nothing.
