Ordered on the app. Missing items and wrong items given… however the staff and manager were awesome! I went back in after noticing the mistakes. They promptly fixed it and apologized immediately. Honestly it wasn’t their fault. The app needs adjusting with letting know the staff exactly what was ordered. The manager showed me their side of the app order, it didn’t tell them how many of anything! It was a mess, again NO FAULT of this location. Just be careful ordering on the app.

The hours said open, but dining room was closed with no sign or anything, just employees waving us to drive thru. Then they forgot some of our order. They did make it right when we went back, but of course, that meant driving thru again and waiting in line. The food tasted a bit off too, comparer to other tabo bells, and the tea was very bitter.

This review is not about the food but for the service. The young lady with the short blonde hair and glasses is awesome! The woman at the drive thru forgot to give us our card back and the other lady with the blonde hair and glasses RANNN after our car to give it back to us. We were about to turn onto route 1 and she managed to run fast enough to catch us before we turned out. Looking back at how fast she would have had to run to get to us…that was dedication lol Girl deserves a raise! Thank you for being so quick, last time this happened to us at a drive thru the kid stole our card, so you saved us!

They never have any of their good drinks when you go and if they do and you go through the drive thru they won’t make the effort to fill it up at the other dispenser instead they tell you no. They are definitely lazy workers. They always mess up your orders and rarely take accountability. Just close down

I ordered a 12 pack of tacos it said $24.99 on the board. They told me it would be over $35 and I said that did not seem right they said Hold On then they came back said hold on again and then said $34 and some change. I said you know you’re board says 22.99 and that’s what you have to honor. they said no we don’t we will just advise corporate of our problem and we just haven’t changed our sign yet. then they said do you want them or not. Needless to say I said no.
