The amount of time that you have to sit in line at this location in the drive through is absolutely ridiculous. I worked at this place 14+ years ago and we never let the line sit stagnant for 10+ minutes. Whoever is running that place needs to either train the employees better or step aside to let someone else do a better job. It is absolutely pathetic and unacceptable how slow you guys are.

Everything about this experience was unpleasant. To start the kid taking our order was rude didn’t listen to what I was telling him when I wanted to order. The wait time was awful we waited 45 minutes for Crunchwrap Supreme because they messed up our order. I overheard the employees arguing about it and it was like everybody there was messed up on something they were all in la la land. When I was finally able to sit down with my children and eat my food everything was wrong the food was not good. If I wanted to complain I would have had to wait because they didn’t pay attention to anybody that was standing there even if you said something nobody listened. I should have just put my food up there and demanded a refund after everything but I just wanted my kids to eat that was what was important I don’t know who’s running the show there but do better I know it’s only Taco Bell in KFC it’s not the best job in the world nobody wants to be there I get it but do better treat your customers right

They do not take mobile orders. Only for KFC. This is 2023. Also, the indoors is closed due to “low staffing”. Just pay more and I’m sure more people will want to work. $17 is hardly a living wage, especially in this area. I’m sure Taco Bell/the owner can afford it.

Recently went here and they no longer sold things that were still on the menu or were recently advertised. The packaging sucked the quesadillas were thrown in and one wasn’t even in its package. The inside is closed due to low staffing as a heads up.

Okay, I know Taco Bell isn’t quality food.. but we ordered spicy potato ‘soft’ tacos and the potatoes that came on them were literally black and hard as rocks. We went to get replacements and they said if those were too overcooked then any other ones would be too. Um, I guess they don’t just fry new potatoes when you order them?

Terrible taco bell. Stopped going all together. Takes almost 30-45 minutes to get through the drive through sometimes. And is drive through only. Half the time you pulled up with no line and think you hit it big, just to find out they closed 4 hours early from whats posted. Constantly messing up orders and forgetting items.
