The gentleman taking order was amazing. Waited entirely too long for our food French fries were ice cold and they were too busy talking in the back instead of making our food and getting it out in a timely manner. Anyone else that came in that had to wait was comped a dessert a drink of french fry anything we weren’t even offered anything at all had to ask for honey mustard won’t be visiting for a while.

Went to restaurant ordered food and then asked when they where making my beefy cheesy melt to steam it. The cook had sarcastic attitude saying he was doing that. The they never announced our order being done so it sat on the counter a few minutes. No ice for the soda machine. Which is clearly marked but not the issue. My issue is that we ordered 28 bucks in food and never received our crunchy melt black bean taco.

Always slow. Tonight was absurd. I ordered 6 total items. I was at the window and paid within two minutes of ordering, I then waited 25 minutes for my order to come out of the window. I had people honking at me. Two people drive off glaring at me and one person who stopped to scream at me from his truck. For all of this I made it home with cold food and a nacho cheese cup that was 1/8th of the way full. No “fast” food is worth this. Next time I will make my own food at home in half the time.

Waited almost 45 mins from start of line to leaving with my nacho fries. Mind you I knew I’d be waiting as it’s the normal to wait an absurd amount for “fast food” when I finally got home to eat my 2 orders of nacho fries I opened my bag to find two half full fries and barely any nacho cheese sauce..

I didn’t step inside but the drive thru experience speaks alot.. the inner experience atmosphere must be a happy friendly smooth transition just assuming from my drive thru experience.. all cool down to earth ppl and also i just didnt have taco bell.. they have KFC there too .
