I’m so sick of ordering beefy melt burritos and getting BEAN. Doesn’t even sound the same. Also why is their slimy lettuce on this?! Why are the beans black and smooshed? Ffs. I was in an Uber too so it’s not like I can just go back.

The cashier didn’t know how to give back change, they didn’t give me all of my food, the food tasted like old product was used. The bathroom had blood all over the door stall. I will never go back, I don’t recommend this location to anyone.

The food was good, however I waited in the drive through about 10/15 minutes before I was I was asked to step inside their lobby because my order needed to be cooked. Never admitted that they accidentally overlooked my order I just figured it out. I was in the lobby waiting for another 10 minutes, that was fine however a worker was clocking out and saying numerous times that he was going to kill himself and asking his coworkers what they cared if he did. That sealed my experience. Suicide isn’t a joke.

It’s tacos. Tacos are great! The manager asked me to use the kiosk because they were understaffed. I had cash so I had to have a cashier. He insisted that I use the kiosk anyways. It took about 25 minutes to get 12 tacos. The restaurant wasn’t clean but the building would have a nice feel of it were cleaner.

This is the worst taco bell, avoid it. Been here 3-4 times. Each time multiple employees were high. Once I saw them in the dumpster area smoking weed. I don’t necessarily care about that, except that it clearly impairs their ability to perform basic tasks. Each visit we’ve had multiple missing items from our orders. On two occasions we received the wrong orders. I dont epect much from a Taco Bell experience, but the place is totally mismanaged. Like, you talk you an employee and they just stare at you.

I’ve been here at least 20 times. They’ve run out of ingredients multiple times, so ordering through the app sometimes means you show up and have to pick a substitute. The substitutes available also usually don’t match up to the original order price and they don’t bother to adjust it. Even if they have everything, sometimes they forget simple items like nacho cheese for a nachos with cheese order. Even if they don’t forget anything, they might make it poorly, like an entire quarter or third of a quesadilla being empty of any ingredients. Half of what I just said was from my last visit.

The food was good when we finally got it. However, it took them over half an hour to make 2 soft tacos, a Doritos hard taco and a crunch wrap. They just left us standing around while they had 3 people working the drive-thru window. They have a Christmas tree set up with Easter decorations in the lobby.
