waited over 40 minutes today for our to-go order. probably 40 cars thru drivethru and we were still waiting. got here at 1:20 its now 2pm and We still just got our food and now half hour late to work. the free drink they offered isnt worth 1/2 hr of my lost wages 🙁 and they sent the power menu bowls out with no forks to eat them. 🙁 🙁

The staff was efficient, courteous, and friendly….the prices were different as this is a “Kentucky Bell”…combined KFC and Taco Bell… The Craving Box with the Steak Chalupa was most excellent!!!! Had difficulty using the TB app….

I placed an order for food, but when I received it, the item that was supposed to be in a box wasn’t. To make matters worse, there was a used glove in the bag, which contaminated my open fries and other items. This was extremely unsanitary and unacceptable. When I pulled out the glove and expressed my concern, the staff merely offered a half-hearted apology without sincerity. I decided not to escalate the situation and left. This location should be inspected by the food board to address these issues

Usually my experience is less than impressive with lackluster customer service and discrepancies in what I’ve ordered versus what I receive. Not today!!!!!! Friendly, cooperative, helpful, and attention to detail meant I got a cheerful amount of extra cheese on my nachos and special requests gleefully granted! Thanks team!

as always love the KFChicken,and Taco bell combination however the place was not very well swept and washed .we were there just as it opened 2x and it hadn’t been done at close or preopening . younglings shoe crud on seats,crumbs smudges and restrooms to floors totaly needs managerial care to direct other employees to do it or as it’s obligations ‘do it one’s self).

The worse Kentucky fried chicken I’ve ever had. The Chicken was hard on the outside, it was also Luke warm. It had no taste to it. I’ve eaten Kentucky fried chicken since the 1970’s I’ve always loved it. Bypass this place and go to the next one.The bathroom was also filthy, it was disgusting.
