I have a dairy intolerance. 3 of 4 items came with cheese. Can see from receipt I specified no cheese. Could have made me feel sick had I not checked my order. I understand messing up a bunch of additions but I’m literally paying the same price for you to just leave off cheese.

Inconsistent at its finest. Lobby hasn’t really been open for a while now so atmosphere is irrelevant. Service is usually very good, I hardly ever wait long. Food quality is the issue.

Had terrible customer service at this Taco Bell location. As we were walking in an employee came up to us and said we couldn’t go in, and that it’d be 10 minutes until we could get served. The employees then continued to stand on the curb outside smoking at 11:30 AM on a Sunday. Not sure if they were under staffed or what, but it was ridiculous for them to turn away customers and not give any explanation mid day.

When I placed my food order, I specifically requested no sour cream. Unfortunately, when the order arrived, it still had sour cream on it. Additionally, I asked for no ice in my drink, but it was served with ice anyway. To add to the confusion, I ordered two different boxes, expecting them to be packaged separately in boxes, but they were not. Furthermore, the cheese gordita crunch had an untoasted tortilla, so I had to separate the orders myself.

I’ve only been half a dozen times but 0 for 6 in having all the items in the bag or having the items ordered. If it’s missing I’d pull back through, but of it’s just a wrong item or made wrong I kept driving. Also earliest closing Taco Bell I’ve ever ecountered?

Not only was the drive thru order taker very short and rude but the food was horrible! Drive across town to the KFC/ Taco Bell and don’t waste you money on this one. I won’t be back!

This was the first time we ever went there and they made us wait 45min, they served 4 orders before us even tho we were the first one’s to walk-in. Since it was our first time we didn’t know how much time it usually takes and didn’t know if those orders were pick up orders. Two girls were sitting outside and laughing while we were waiting, and when we went up to the cashier they told us they forgot our order even tho we have been waiting there for 45min and didn’t get any food and they clearly were seeing us. Really deceiving.

I give this Taco Bell 0 stars! I had to choose at least 1 star for a review! Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced! The Gentlemen that took my order rushed me to place my order, once I pulled up to the window he wouldn’t take my payment he told me no smoking I didn’t even have a cigarette, my passenger had one in his hand NOT even lit! He kept slamming the window shut, I then asked for receipt he said he can’t, went to then ask his name he slammed the window an walked off. I sat a minute to wait for him to come back an he never came back. I will not be returning to this location again. This was the only Taco Bell I would go to in Waterville but now I’ll take my money elsewhere! You should teach your employees customer service and if they hate the job that much then they should find a different job!
