Went during my lunch break through the drive through, asked for a side of beef and was given a tablespoon and a half of it (stupid request I know but I just had mouth work done so I can’t chew). Just called to ask if sides were supposed to be in the dipping containers, and was rudely told whoever did it yesterday messed up and that a tablespoon and a half of beef is the serving size -to then be hung up on mid phone call. I would bring them my receipt (since I spent 8$ for mashed potatoes and a tablespoon of beef), but this location also fails to give receipts. I usually don’t have a problem, but what happened during the drive through and the phone call is hilariously unacceptable. Do better St.Albans TacoBell

Dinner and entertainment. Went through the drive through and started to order only to be interrupted in an extremely condescending tone of voice telling us what the sign taped over the menu already said. Out of lettuce. I said okay and started to order again only for her to interrupt me again and say “just letting you know”. Finally she permitted me to give my order. We had a long wait to get to the window, paid, got half of our order and then told to wait off to the side with about 4 other cars also waiting. I started to munch on what food we were given and watched them come out to give food to the other cars and then immediately start screaming at them to leave and not eat there. Before you could even say a word a manager climbed out of the drive thru window to scream and curse at one of the cars until they left. Well we ate what food we had but still hadn’t gotten the rest of our order. So I went inside to ask about it. At this point I realized they had not given me a receipt or even asked if I wanted one. I went up to to the counter to ask about our food only to be told it was a 30 minute wait for Taco Bell… About 4 times from different people all at once. We were told about the lettuce but not the wait. Thing is when I opened my mouth to say it had already been 30 minutes, they all ignored me and went about doing basically nothing. Only one person was working on Taco Bell orders out of a dozen people there. So I got in line at the cash register to ask for a refund but was forced to wait another 15 minutes even though there were only two people in front of me. Finally it’s my turn and I get three words out before the teenager at the register is called back by the manager and I have to wait some more. I see the manager running out with food and when he comes back in I have to stop him and again I only get about three words out before he interrupts me, asks what I ordered then runs off only to return with my now room temperature food and runs off before I could talk to him. If I had a receipt I might have asked for a refund anyway but it seems like they are clever enough to not give those out probably for this reason.

This place is BY FAR THE WORST TACOBELL! We had a group of 10(our crew), go in for lunch, just to get rudely spoken to, and sworn at just because we didn’t move our large group away from the doorway fast enough for your standards. Which mind you, we weren’t even in the door for 30 seconds and there was no one behind us in line.. we asked for a manger to deal with the situation, and we got ignored. needless to say we took our group elsewhere for lunch. We called to ask for a manager, seems how they wouldn’t give us one while we were there. Just to inform them of their rude customer service, and to make them aware of the fact that they are losing service due to rudeness and surprise surprise… no manager on duty, just a supervisor whom watched their employee rudely speak/swear at our group and do nothing about it. Couldn’t even come to the counter when we asked for the person in charge! I worked in fast food for multiple years and that’s not how you treat paying customers!

Absolute garbage place to spend time.. the staff is without a doubt the worst attitude set of individuals I have ever seen. You can tell the employees absolutely hate their jobs.

We had the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. We went through the drive-up. The girl interrupted us when trying to place our order. She interrupted asking what we wanted to drink. When we tried to continue what we were saying she angrily asked again. When we got to the window we were treated with the same rudeness if not worse. I had miss understood the price of the chicken we ordered. When we asked why our order was so much she started rambling off everything faster than we could understand. When we asked her to repeat herself she again did it faster. We figured out why it was so much and asked her to remove the items. When I tried to explain why we wanted to remove it she “rolled her eyes” at me. Our family doesn’t go to St. Albans much, so it’s nice when we get to go to Taco Bell/KFC. We have never been treated negatively there. She turned a nice evening into a nightmare.

Recently visited this Taco Bell for the first time. Took about 5 minutes to order and pay via the drive through. Was told there was gonna be a 15 minute wait for Taco Bell orders, so I was asked to park in the first spot next to the drive through, along with a few other cars waiting. Ended up taking over 20 minutes for them to bring the food out. I decided to munch on a burrito before hitting the road, since the wait was so long. Someone from Taco Bell came back out shortly after dropping a few orders off to cars waiting. She had an attitude shouting to all the folks eating in their cars saying they can’t eat there. Would have made for a better coworker experience if they would set this expectation in the drive through or when dropping the food off.

This place is a combination of tacobell and KFC. We walked in and gave our order relatively quickly, maybe 5 minutes. However, that’s where the good ends.

It is unfortunate that there is no such thing as a negative star. My family and I got lunch here one Sunday and the staff had a terrible attitude, was slower than death itself, got our order wrong and when we went back in to correct the order and get a couple sauces they wouldn’t give us the sauces or even let us buy sauces with out ordering more food…. we had just paid 168.00 5 minutes prior! Not to mention the employee at the front swore at me when I mentioned I had waited an hour for my food to begin with. This place needs to just simply be shut down.

If I could give 0 stars I would, obviously as all the other reviews say, this establishment either needs to be shut down and a whole reset! And by reset I mean all the staff needs to go and be temporarily closed to find a decent manager and staff and to DEEP CLEAN the place. I’ve never felt so discouraged walking into a place and seeing the condition of the building along with their disappointed faces as if their JOB was interfering with their day. Half the food I wanted was “out” and I say that with quotations because they might’ve just been too lazy to actually make it. All of the sodas were flat, not one soda was fresh. The bathrooms were just horrendous, like you must be trying to keep it dirty with the way it looked. They’re VERY lucky they’re the only Taco Bell in Vermont otherwise no one would ever come here. I apologize if you do work here or just started and was actually hoping to do a good job, I hope things work out for this place in the end.
