Nice interior, and parking lot. The staff often neglect counter customers and mobile orders. The orders put up at the pick up counter are usually not labeled. This place could shine with more effort from staff.

Absolutely horrible! Whenever I order from this location they mess up my order. I am a vegetarian and always ask for bean and/or potatoes substitutes yet they always find a way to put in beef AND chicken. Whoever is in the kitchens is not reading the orders and puts no care in food preparation.

We waited forever to get to the window in the drive through which was not a big deal. However, they then charged us for the wrong order and held my card for TWENTY MINUTES to issue the refund. In the meantime, a second worker came to ask us to pay for the wrong order again… They then took an additional five minutes to finish refunding my card and hand me the wrong order AGAIN.

Worst service I’ve ever had. Went inside to dine. Placed our simple order at 6:10 pm. Lobby was empty. Finally received our food at 6:35 pm. Wife asked to speak to the manager at 6:30 pm to ask what the deal was and his response was ” do you want a refund?” Really? We want our dinner. No apology. No “we’re sorry but we’re short handed.” Orders for the drive thru we’re moving quick. Obviously that was their priority. People in the dining room can just wait. Taco Bell in New London, CT needs to do better.

Slowest service ever! We waited for AN HOUR for an order we placed in the lobby. The man who prepped our food was touching cash, then returning to prep food without switching gloves or washing his hands. He was moving so slow! They left 1 person prepping on the drive through line, and no one on front for much of our wait. They were handing out food to friends and going out for “smoke” breaks.

Our family went today 7/14. We ordered a total of 8 tacos and 3 soft drinks. We didn’t receive one of our tacos so we had to go back through the drive thru. The crunchy tacos we did get were soggy and falling apart and gross. Their soda machine was out of ice and the Pepsi was warm. We’ve been a few times to this location but after this experience, never again.

Worst restaurant on earth. Went to pick up a delivery. Door was locked though it says open till 12. Waited in the drive through only for them to say “ come inside “. I said the door was locked. She said “ well I will unlock it for you “. So there goes 15 mins. Waited inside for another 30 mins just for them to tell me they were out of all the ingredients to make my order. So 45 mins. No food. I don’t know how any one on this planet would ever go here.

Under no circumstances should you go to this taco bell, if the closest one is an hour away go there. They will be out of food at 11 even though they close at 2, they are incredibly rude. The staff will just throw together ingredients and call it what u ordered. 100 percent chance they will mess up your order, if by some miracle they actually have food. Never go to this location. This is the first and only review I will ever make because it is that bad. Every time I gave them a chance it was worse than the last. Do not waste your money at this franchise.
