I’ve never had a bad experience here. Staff is always super friendly. People who complain about costs have to also remember that these folks also have to pay the mall to be here, so they might cost more than another location. I think it’s worth it when the meals are always hot and well made instead of hastily thrown together. I would rather order here than other locations, and I usually order for 2.

Asked for a soda and the young (Latin) girl laughed, grabbed her phone and walked away. I stood there waiting and waiting, yelling hello to get her attention. There’s no one ever in the front. I just witness someone waiting for an employee to come out to attend them and they never did so they left. Very unprofessional, might as well just close the store down.

super high prices, tacos are barely loaded with anything, person working lacks any personality and acts like placing an order is a problem. 7 bucks for two basic skimpy tacos that usually cost 4-5 everywhere else is pretty bad. just go to the one in norwich and get better food and better prices. highly disappointed went there on 1/30/2023

Been to many Taco Bells. This one in the Mall is by far the worst. Employees are not friendly, cut you off and seem like you’re bothering them. The prices are much higher and they put much less food in their tacos and burritos. Absolutely ridiculous.

Rude employee who kept cutting me off while I placed my order. When my boyfriend opened the bag & realized our order was wrong the rude employee caught an attitude with us. It isn’t that difficult to correct a mistake, we weren’t asking for money back just to have what we had ordered. No wonder we didn’t see anyone else order at taco bell but all the other restaurants had customers in line lol.

Jose A, is a terrible employee. I know he charged us for a steak, gave us beef. Didn’t offer us a receipt. When we went back to correct order he got mouthy with my wife, who gave it right back to him. Instead of making it right, he gave my wife a cash refund and basically threw it at her on the counter. In addition my son who only drinks water, was told they don’t offer cups of water which is not true I work for a MAJOR food manufacturer and we take care of the premix machines. Also mall upcharge 36 dollars for junk.
