I stood at the counter for a very long time, with two others behind me. We were all eventually told to use the kiosk. The kiosk did not have the food item that I wanted, nor did it accept cash which is all the people behind me had. They walked out.

The parking lot was fully empty and the staff were not very patient or responsive. We almost left due to thinking the location was closed. The menu was nothing of much note. However, the steak grilled cheese burrito did very much exceed expectations and I would recommend it to anyone. Good food for a night where you don’t want any hassle. Even then the “don’t want any hassle” part is a stretch

This place sucks. You order your food and wait at minimum 15 mins. This happened twice in a row where my friends and I all ordered on the kiosks inside at the same time. One of us got our food immediately, while the other two waited 15 to 20 mins for them for throw together a few simple tacos.

I am an Uber eats driver , I picked up an order last night after waiting 20 minutes in the lobby with no acknowledgment. My customer had multiple items and they only gave me a small bag , I asked and showed them the order to verify everything was in the bag they said it was . It definitely was not ! I wasted my time and the customer was missing half the order .

Horrible communication from both the regular staff and management. They mess up my order every time I come here and I swear I’m never rude about it like others are. When I asked for sauce they only gave me one packet & I ordered 3 tacos, which I found to be petty. Would definitely not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone.

Was late night. Food tasted late night. They ran out of beef and and apologetically told me I had to go with chicken or steak. This was at about 12.50a July 5th. I’d go again but I like the location on Route 1 in Milford better. That location was closed at the time.

Absolute trash. The store hours say 7am for breakfast. Tried twice in the past and nobody was even there. Today they were actually open and THEY WERE OUT OF EGGS. How on earth are you actually open at 8:30am and DON’T HAVE EGGS? Whoever runs this place has to be the most incompetent person on the planet. Completely mind-blowing.

We were ordering and the cashier Jack F walked away half way thru the order to attend to the drive thru. I had ordered a chalupa with beans and no sour cream. 5 mins later a cashier came to complete the order. When I got home I found a chicken chalupa with sour cream. Paid money to throw TB food away at home. Posting pics of receipt and food.. Also they were not busy and could have got a 3 item order right.
