Fast food? Always a long wait just to order after seeing only 4 cars, one at widow and 3 cars in line you would think after 15 minutes one car could have at least placed an order??? So drove away after 15 minutes of orders not taken, this is the third time! Prices are not cheap, food is mediocre Mexican at least you think they could get something right? Time wasted at old location was far better…. Hire some good employees or shut down till you do!

I like that the drive thru was a single window interaction. (In establishments with 2 windows there often seems to be confusion as to which order is mine.) The young women that took our order were friendly and professional. We were in & out quickly. I’m not sure how it is when it’s busier as I’ve only gone there a few times, but I’ve never had to wait too long.

Last Wednesday (7/21) and last night (7/28) I went to this location on my way home from work at the EXACT same time 835. The drive through menu was shut off and the order screen was off too. Both times the associate told me “their system was down and they couldn’t take any orders” this was 2 weeks in a row. This location closes at 11 pm and refused to take my order. To me this is just a way for them to try to refuse service at a cheap ploy. After telling the associate to let her manager know I will be talking to corporate, the manager came on and was defensive.

There is always something wrong with this place. I’m going to give them 2 stars because food is what you expect, BUT YOU CANT EVER GET ANY FOOD!! Every time I go they say they’ll only take card, or just cash, or no cash. Today was ridiculous they’re only taking online orders! Why are you even open?!?! It wasn’t odd hours or anything. They weren’t taking cash, card or digital pay just online orders! Absolutely the worst!!
