Placed an order in store recently and ate in house. Place was clean, but the staff seemed to be in a full mood..person behind the counter forgot my drink cup. Wasn’t a huge deal,.went back and got it. All the food was like warm at best. Got their version of an enchilada. It was okay. Just their ground beef in a tortilla with sauce and cheese. Again, lukewarm. However, I also ordered a chicken power bowl and this is where the problem arised. I was not given a Power Bowl, I was given a Power BOX. It was served in the same box you get the Mexican pizza in. It was kind of lack luster and bummed out my eating experience. As I was eating someone came in and ordered the same thing. Had to warn them about it cause I felt that when paying such a high price to get a simple box lined with paper was a bit sad.

Forgot to give my drink. The meat wasn’t cooked. (Ground beef was stuff together not separating) . Asked for regular tacos because I don’t like tomatoes and my coworker is allergic to tomatoes and they were all supreme. Not coming to this location. I called twice after I got to my job from checking the food and no answer. Whoever worked this shift around this time this day needs to be fired. They was on their phone before they realized I was ready to pay.

I asked for a Crunchwrap supreme combo with chicken instead of beef. They wrote chicken on the paper bag that it comes with but when I opened my food up there was no meat inside of it at all whether it was chicken or beef. For the extra taco that the combo comes with I asked for soft instead of hard and to add sour cream and I received a hard taco with no sour cream and then chicken instead of beef. I also asked for the regular strawberry slushy, and I received it with lemon at the very bottom. 0/10 do not recommend.

I came once I had to drive around the drive thru twice and beeped they still didn’t come out when I beeped…then two days later I try to give it a second try and they say can I help u we have no breakfast by the way… It was 910 a.m….all I wish is that u would had put up a sign for me to know that instead of coming thru the drive thru to find out.

This place is filthy. I was disgusted to see that the employees were allowed to keep their drinks right on the counter where the customers place their order… There should be a separate break area for that. Under no circumstances should their drinks be that close to where customer meals are. It’s just unsanitary.

Work nearby and decided to mix it up and grab breakfast from taco bell. It was 935am when I stopped by. Menu for breakfast was not out and I have no idea what you guys sell for breakfast. Guy in drive thru was not paying attention told him the menu wasn’t right, no response just drove off.
