Being that they are one of the least expensive options for fast food, it’s a good value for your money. The people are friendly, and the service is quick. Really like the variety of soft drinks available. Ordering through the touchscreen or the app is very easy, and you can get exactly what you want without any problems. This Taco Bell is one of the worst that I’ve been to. Every time I decide to go because I’m a fan of Taco Bell there an issue. For the past couple of times that I have gone to get my fix of Taco Bell at the location of Wolcott Road in Waterbury they forget part of my order. Then the next time they did it again but this time I checked at the window before driving off and noticed it. The worker apologized and gave me the rest of the order. Another time the workers were smoking outside and there was no one inside. I drove off after waiting 10 minutes and so did a few others. Then for the past two days they have been saying that they’re not accepting cards only cash. I’m confused on what’s going on in this establishment. It will be my last time giving it a go at that location. It’s sad because it’s on my way home. I’d rather go to a different location out of my way to get better service.

I get all things vegetarian style for the most part. I did try the grilled cheese steak and cheese with jalapeno was soo good. But I really love the spicy potato soft burrito with a side of nacho cheese sauce. I highly recommend that. Yum yum yum. Enjoy.

Horrible location. Never any staff. I ordered a meal of 3 crunchy tacos, which I waited 10 minutes for. They forgot to give me my cup for my drink and I continued to wait an additional 7-10 minutes asking them to just give me a cup for my drink, which I paid for. Nonetheless where is my food? Is this a joke?

Ordered 2 chalupas with beef and a couple soft tacos with everything on it. When we drove up to pick up the food, the lady had an attitude and looked miserable. This is one of the tacos she gave us. We opened the rest of the tacos and hardly any meat inside as well. Looks disgusting and sloppy.
