This is the best Taco Bell in the area. I drive here from Torrington several times a week because the store in the town I live in is awful. This store in Watertown is the best. The food is always hot, fresh and full. The people are super nice and I never have to wait long. Keep up the great work and thank you so very much!

Disgusting! Never again. The dining area was dirty and unkempt. 5 people in the kitchen hanging out, laughing, talking, and texting. Placed order through Kiosk, it wouldn’t take payment, asked for assistance at the counter only to realize I was cutting into social hour and I should not bother the staff with minor things like payment. I heard you loud and clear. I will never be back again.

I remember coming here last year to get myself some tacos and burritos. The tacos and burritos were filled and they were very good. I would add creamy jalapeno sauce on my burritos and it was a perfect filling meal for a good price. Now when I come here I notice that the burritos that are made are empty. I bite into my burrito and there is not nearly enough juicy meat with sour cream and melted cheese to satisfy me. Not only that the burritos are empty but the prices have risen too. Going here is not the same as it was last year and I will not come here as often, if I do at all.

Same old food at double the price. THE best thing about taco bell was a CHEAP quick meal on the go. Took a bit longer than fast food should as well. We may see a lot of these places go under because they’re doubling their prices while people’s wages continue to not be able to survive this ‘Ukrainian Inflation.’

Just went through the drive through for breakfast. It was 9:04. The lady told us they were not open yet, so we simply asked, “what time do you open?”. And she replied “does it matter what time we open, we don’t have food ready yet”. Extremely rude and not needed at all. We were simply asking a question. I am never one to complain but I seriously hope this is addressed and fixed.

There’s something wrong with the taco shells now. The hard shell tacos taste like they’ve been left in Grandma’s basement for 6 months. I don’t know what Taco Bell has against hard shell tacos but let me tell you they or angry at corn for some reason because if they weren’t angry at corn they wouldn’t service those horrid hard shell tacos

Never ever again Watertown Taco Bell. If they actually do have meat on the days we decide to go or aren’t closed or have a huge pot hole to flatten a tire through the drive through then the food taste horrible. Spent way too much $ on Taco Bell for my family for every hard shell to be inedible stale and taste burnt. Not too mention the line for our bathroom right now wasn’t worth it. And 1/10 times you get someone friendly at the drive through. Other than that you feel like a bother. We will be making our own tacos in this house from now on, no thanks Taco Bell.

This location closes randomly at 6pm or limits the amount of food you can order. Between that and making you wait at the speaker so they can fudge their wait times this place should fire their manager and entire staff. Waited 25 minutes and counting in line. On the rare occasions that I actually get fast service they leave items out of my order and get an attitude when I come back for it visibly annoyed. Total waste of time.
