Hit or miss. Some days are good and they food is amazing & done right. Other days they serve food that’s cold and tastes like it’s been sitting in a freezer for twenty years. Go at your own discretion or just drive to the Stamford one for quality food everytime. I’m not sure how this location survives but it’s been the worst Taco Bell location I’ve ever experienced.

I’ve been to this location a couple times and my order took 20+ minutes to be ready each time. I am disappointed and frustrated by how long it took for me to get my order. I suspect it may be due to lack of training or understaffing. One thing for sure, I will not be returning to this location until this issue is fixed. For the sake of future customers and Taco Bell brand, please address this.

Came here it took the guy 5 mins to even take our order, which was simple. We had to then go around and wait for a Mac and cheese bowl which we waited 7 mins for. So we went back to the drive thru and the guy says she asked you to wait in the front so she can bring it out. We stated we waited long and they also forgot the fries. So we took our food and come to find out she messed up on the Mac and cheese bowl and the nachos. (We repeated this order 4 times) so we went back to the drive thru to get our money back and the manager pictures below stated she CAN NOT take the food back but she will give a refund. She tried arguing with my sister about the order before giving the refund and turns out she was WRONG. So after she put the refund she daisy “I will take back the bowls” she was upset she was wrong. And she was super rude. I will be contacting Corperate about this. 30 mins wasted in a drive thru for attitude and a refund. Zero stars. The manager below is RUDE she needs more training.
