Most underrated Saturday evening dinner. I had a chicken chalupa and it did not disappoint. I always forget about Taco Bell until someone we’re hanging out with wants to go. The guy at the drive thru was patient and cool. Thanks for being one of the few fast food places that actually still have low prices for what you get.

Used to be good, even last summer. It got terrible. I asked for a quesarito and they gave me this. Missing like all of the things that make it a quesarito lol. It was ice cold and took 20 minutes to make despite there being 5 (rude) teens in there. They also consistently run out of things and it takes forever to get your order in general. They also wouldn’t let me customize something last time I was there, and I couldn’t do it on the app bc of their awful wifi. No idea why their dining room is closed either. I love Taco Bell but this place went downhill. Go to Franklin instead.

Ok, ok…..keeping in mind that I am not eating at a Michelin rated restaurant, this Taco Bell HAS to be the red headed step child of the franchise. The dining area seems to always be closed and they constantly run out of items, last night it was tomatoes. Workers there look absolutely miserable….Mountain Creek does have job fairs, if Taco Bell isn’t your thing.

95% of the time my order is correct when I get it. This is a pretty great thing! Downside is they are always”out” of something due to the resort businesses in the area. (Such as lettuce, beef, Baja blast etc. ) And sometimes the drive thru wait is LONG. But it’s ok. Because the service is great and the food order is usually correct

I would give it a zero if that was possible. Hands down the worst Taco Bell in the tri-state area. They are ALWAYS out of basically everything that makes taco bell taco bell. Thet have been entirelyout of WRAPS multiple times. Whoever owns/manages the place should just shut it down because they clearly don’t care. It’s a wonder that corporate hasn’t stepped in at this point. Don’t go there expecting to get anything that you were hoping to order.

Absolutely no supervision. Doors are locked and staff are seen talking in front of the store. Ordered tacos specifically without lettuce and the request was ignored. Lack of attentiveness is a downside and the cheese in the burrito isn’t heated thoroughly.

Crunchwrap was not even sealed properly. I got my Cravings deal as well as my friends Cravings deal all piled onto 2 trays with no order so we had to sort everything out. Additionally it took quite a while to get our food and there was virtually no line so I’m not sure what took so long maybe they focus more on the drive-thru. I was also annoyed that the Cheesy Gordita Crunch I got didn’t have the cheese melted like it was supposed to be. I don’t expect a lot, it’s Taco Bell, but I at least hope it holds up to its own standard. This place fell far short of that.

Horrible. Cold food, no beef available and got shredded chicken instead. Soft tacos had jo meat in them and chicken quesadilas had no chicken and cheese was not even melted.
