I explicitly asked for no sour cream and no nacho cheese sauce for my allergy. Instead of following my request they put it on anyway. Thereby ruining my meal. Not the first time this location did this to me. After the remodel I figured I would give them another chance. No more of my money will go to that location.

Bright & spacious, this restaurant is a good place for a quick, satisfying meal. I had the Steak Power Bowl & it was delicious. My only gripe (why I took off one star) is that, even though the coffee itself is excellent, they don’t have real milk available… they only have that sweetened creamer stuff, which is not my preference. I end up either bringing my own milk or I grab my coffee at the local Wawa.

Their service has been going downhill for years, and their food is very inconsistent. Sometimes it’s good and sometimes you’ll have issues. They recently remodeled, but that didn’t change anything service wise. I went here right before they closed for remodeling and found a long black hair in my burrito. My last time here was the reason I will no longer come here or recommend this taco bell. I placed a large order, we often order a few days worth through their app, and when my wife picked up the food, she made it a point to ask if they were sure everything was in the bags. They said yes. She got home, and we were missing 4 specialty tacos, $17, no small amount. I contacted support right away through the app and never heard back from anyone, 1 week later, I again contacted them through the app, and still no response. I have never seen a chain restaurant just ignored my complaint before. I was tempted to give them 2 stars because the food tastes good most times, but the service is just not worth coming here if you end up with an issue.

This is the good one! It’s worth the drive out of the way to not have to deal with the horrible service in Barnegat. They have way better service and they don’t mess up the order. This location also has breakfast salsa and it’s my favorite taco bell sauce followed by the salsa verde that I am pretty sure they don’t make anymore.

They make you order from the kiosk and pay with ur card. I waited over 10min just to pay and then waited another 15min for my food. Would never go back again. Manager looks like he’s on drugs and the women behind cooking the food act like they don’t hear you.

people working ignored vistomers in the store waiting and took care of drive thru first making us eait . No cashier at regisrer for ten plus minuted . Not happy with service since location was remodeled . I will have second thoughts about this location before going there again .
