Had a very bad experience, tried taco bell for the first time and order veg tacos loaded with black beans and guacamole. But they served beef taco. Its was a very bad experience not going to taco bell anytime.

It’s been many years since I went to a Taco Bell. Probably not since my 20s. But I needed something quick on the way to another location. So I decided to try all three of their standard tacos. Soft shell, hard shell, and dorito shell. The Two from my childhood were very lackluster. But that dorito shell one. That was delicious in the most processed bad for you way possible. If I ever get stuck in this situation again, it’ll be three dorito shell chicken tacos.

Pretty standard new style taco bell with the updated facade and ordering kiosks inside. What was nice is the covered outdoor seating so I took advantage of that, especially since the staff were cleaning them while I placed my order.

The minute I stepped in there everybody in the kitchen including the cashier, they were all not paying attention to what they were doing talking loud being rude not just to me and my family but to everybody else in the drive-thru, I would never go to this place again but if I do we’ll be by myself to give another review! New location. Just opened. It’s very close to my work. They have drive-through, outside seating for summer days, reasonable size parking lot. I love their ordering stations with giant touch screens. These make ordering food to your choice so much easier. One thing I noticed that they are still training kirchen staff. So, sometimes orders are not made correctly. But, I am willing to give them a pass for first few weeks. I am sure they will get better.

First time ever going to this taco bell. Seemed great I was happy they had the kiosks to order yourself so you can customize your meal however you want. Food overall was good my chalupa was kinda cold, and the service was the only sour point. Staff skipped over our order we were waiting for 15+ minutes for our food. If I hadn’t gone up to ask about it no one would’ve acknowledged us or said anything, and on top they didn’t even apologize about it or slide in some free chips with cheese lolz.

I do not know any of the employee’s name but I was here at this location in drive through at around 1:45pm on 04/20/23. I asked for a spicy grilled cheese burrito and specifically mentioned with ‘black beans’. They said pull up and I paid for it at the window. I always check my order before I eat just to make sure it is what I ordered, as I’m a vegetarian. I opened the bag, checked it out and I found that the burrito was with beef and not black beans. This is not first time it happened with me, its probably 4-5th time it happened. I only go to this location because this is the only close to me. If they do not want to do what we asked for, why do they wanna work?

Since last couple of times use to order cheese grilled burritos and i specially select the no beef but their system is not showing them removed beef just it shows add beens but this time specially informed the employee that whole order doesn’t have beef in it. Still they put it. Then they says this is system issue. But that system issue is their issue i am vegetarian can’t eat beef it’s totally ruined my religion faith. I want to fix this issue ASAP.

My daughter just spent $49 on a bunch of food at this place. My part of the order was supposed to be 5 taco supremes with no lettuce. And what did we get? 4 Meat and cheese tacos on a soft shell and that’s it. Where’s the tomato and where’s the sour cream that was supposed to be on them?

They gave half the order and we didn’t check until we came home , which was a mistake. Food did not even taste good, they did not give any sauces like they usually do. Had to wait for more than half hr for food.
