A-Time As-Ours
I just ordered a Crunchwrap supreme and there is no meat in here…Just crumbs. This is the worst crunch wrap I’ve ever had. I was looking forward to this and am so disappointed.. why did they think this was acceptable to serve. I took a bite and thought somehow I received a vegetarian version- only to then see some meat crumbs- this makes no sense. Would not return here if this is the quality / standard of food for this place.

I ordered ahead online to get our lunch faster. You pull up through the drive through and they ask your name, that’s when they start making the food. I understand my food would get mushy if made beforehand and Although it didn’t take them that long to make it, I was hoping for a grab and go situation since we have a short lunch. Otherwise I would’ve just ordered through the drive through.

The guy at the window, his name is Sean. He was so friendly happy and you can tell he was passionate about what he does! His positive attitude made my day and I’m glad I asked for his name because I gave him a good word in the survey listed on my receipt (which I never do) but there was a good reason to fill it out. Because of this positive experience I will be returning to this Taco Bell more often. I hope to see Sean there next time! Please give this guy a raise, he deserves it!

2nd visit in a row where I ordered soft tacos with NO lettuce. On both occasions my order was repeated back to me correctly, but the tacos came covered in lettuce. How hard is it to make a taco as ordered?

I placed an online ordered 20 minutes before arriving and waited additional 30 minutes for it such slow service my bag was sitting inside and the employee was not doing anything. I had to remind them that was my order was ready and they were acting so stupid and were on the their phone. Don’t recommend this location at all unless you want to wait all day.

Waited for someone to come to counter to take our order. No one comes over, person on drive-thru didn’t even acknowledge us & after 10minutes of asking I’d someone was going to take our order & being ignored by the 4 people I can see we finally left. This isn’t first time & its lunchtime we’re hungry. You’ve just lost another customer

Have been there twice just after 8:30am (they advertise being open at 8am) and both times the doors were locked. Popped back at lunchtime and am glad I missed breakfast fare as mystery meat in the burritos lately have gone from passable to less so. Only draw may be the variety of hot sauce packets – other than that can do better elsewhere.
