Terrible service at this location: go somewhere else. We’ve had two problems from this place recently not giving us what we ordered, and won’t be going back. We ordered from here a few weeks back, and most of the food in our order was correct, but we ordered two regular sodas and received the diet versions. We ended up dumping most of them out. On top of that we requested lots of different varieties of hot sauce, and didn’t get a single packet. Kind of ruined my experience of the food. Taco Bell without the sauce is pretty underwhelming. Oh well, mistakes happen so we decided not to hold it against them and try them again a few days ago. We again received ZERO hot sauce packets despite requesting several of each type, and my combo order was missing one of the three items. We requested a refund through the app and got nothing but silence in return. Go somewhere else. The workers at this location don’t care and don’t pay attention to what they’re doing. They won’t give you what you’re paying for.

This store is always a problem with orders. Always missing items. Just got my food delivery thou grub hub and food came totally burnt. Management need to observe the food a little better. I’m a paying customer not getting food for free.

Worst service ever places disgusting after 7:00 p.m. food is contaminated ordered a bean burrito receive beef on my wrapper. None of the workers there wear masks. Bathroom seems to be always out of service.

I would like to use the word incompetent to describe this location but at this point that would be a compliment at best. The staff are generally unfriendly and lazy, the management is lack luster and the service overall is god awful. Its unfortunate that this is the only Taco Bell to order within miles, but I would like to go one order where at least one item is not missing. I still to this day can not believe I ordered a simple Taco Meal and was instead greeted with literally a bag of Napkins. When I called management I was ridiculed and my integrity was put into question over Tacos.

Today first day of ordering in this New location and they’ve started wrong. Half my order missing, drink missing, asked for soft taco got hard taco, requested no tomatoes it had tomatoes. It was worst than the Taco Bell in Conner st. at least they only miss 1 item not half an order…..hopefully they improve.
