My Taco Bell experience was a bit disappointing. While the food was decent, the wait time was excessive. We ended up waiting far longer than expected, which definitely impacted our overall enjoyment. It’s unfortunate because the flavors were there, but the lengthy wait took away from the experience. Hopefully, they can work on their service speed to make the dining experience more enjoyable for everyone.

the experience was good!. I’ve never had taco bell! so I was Glad tonight I could try it! , i ordered a beef burrito and chicken burrito . chicken was a little spicy and I’m not a fan of spicy but it was still good!. cinnamon twists were yummy! I definitely will come back to this location! love the new stuff and location! cashiers/workers were helpful and nicee!

Food preparation is awful because there’s no meat or fillings. Nothing like the pictures on display. In my order I was missing 2 chips with cheese. I wanted my money back, but the very young manager denied me a refund because it was ordered online. I used to go to the Taco Bell in Yorktown Heights, which is excellent, but since this new Taco Bell opened and it’s closer I thought I give it a try. But, unfortunately, I will not be going back.

So very happy this location finally opened. Have been there a few times and every single time I received great service and great food. Our food was always very fresh and delicious. Also, the customer service is AMAZING!!! Very nice and friendly staff. Reynaldo at the drive thru window was always very nice, attentive and patient. Doris who was the runner bagging food was also very nice and had a smile on her face. Both friendly and provided great customer service. Best late night spot in the area!

Staff was extremely nice BUT… the food was disgusting! Every taco was soggy and completely fell apart as if they were heated in a microwave before it was given to us in the drive thru. We will try again in the distant future to see if they got better at serving fresh food. Huge disappointment as a Chick-fil-A would have been a better fast food restaurant to occupy that spot.

This is the newer of two Taco Bell’s I. Close proximity of each other and I can tell you now. Just go to the other one on Crompond Rd. I rarely eat at Taco Bell because there aren’t any close by to me. So as I attempted to order off the menu the first few items I were discontinued one was discontinued for over a week said the employee. I asked why don’t they update the menu to which they didn’t know why. The. The food I got had stale bread. They also aren’t taking mobile orders anymore which now that I think of it is a good idea so you don’t order food you can’t even get. I know newly opened food services have rough starts but it’s been long enough. The other Taco Bell is minutes away and very quick to get to. Just do yourself a favor

DON’T ORDER AHEAD!!!! They don’t even ask as much as name, just put the food out for anyone to take, and take your food they will. I’ve literally been in their store/parking lot for 30 minutes. Next time I’m making a large order at the drive thru and holding up the line for it. I’m still in the store making this review. Reason food was 1 star is I never got it to try it.

Food was as expected. The service was slow. The order was incomplete I had to ask for items that were in my order but somehow missing when I received the food. There were 3 kids in the dinning area that were completely out of control bouncing off the walls. I rather drive to the location at 202 if it means a peaceful dinning area free of kids with no manners
