I don’t usually like to do less than a 4 star review but the lack of any service at this location deserves it. Drive through was crazy busy so we parked and walked in. It’s been quite a while since I have gotten Taco bell or have been in this location so I was a bit taken aback when I saw only a qiosk to place an order and Zero counter service. Once the order was in, every car in the drive had come and gone as well as 3 groups in front of us and several pick up orders. We must have waited 20 to 25 minutes! Then, I asked the one guy who brought the food to the counter for some extra sour cream and all he could say was “nope….can’t help ya”!

The food was delicious but the employees always seem like there is a problem. No napkins no hot sauce. Other then the wait in the drive thru line about 10 minutes. I’ll go back hoping for better customer service.

Very fresh food at a reasonable price. Clean bathrooms. They offer vegetarian options which is also great. I’ve found that the service at this location is very fast and friendly.

Worst service & bag prep outnof any taco bell. Go to wantagh OR Amityville. Seaford can NEVER get anything correct when the are busy and are the slowest taco bell. I just have to remind myself to drive the extra distance.

Ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch and was given this mess. Is this what they call customer service?! I was giving this after already having to have them REMAKE MY ORDER. When asking them to do so, because they got everything in my order wrong, I was given attitude by the manager who was clearly annoyed that he had to remake my order because it was his staff that got it wrong in the first place. I never leave reviews but this place is utter trash. They always mess up orders every time I come here.

Orders are always accurate. The service is fast, how a fast food place should be. Good prices and good portions. My go to is the steak chalupa supreme. As it can be seen in the picture it’s not messy and ingredients fill the chalupa shell.
