After 45 minutes (no joke) this is what we got. Not to mention over 10 cars leaving costing them $ but the workers don’t care at all. The “chips” in the bag was literally supposed to be an order of CHIPS AND CHEESE! Management really needs to get this place together smh. Disappointing. Save your money, take a trip to Clifton park

UPDATE: REACHED OUT TO “HOSPITALITY” SENT 2 FOLLOW UP EMAILS NO REPLY. NOTHING WILL CHANGE DON’T BOTHER TRYING. First ever time physically going inside to order at this location after living here for just about 3 years. I was greeted at the counter with the lovely sounds of a woman yelling at each staff member that the tables are dirty and demanding someone give her a washcloth so she can clean them (they were all trashed). This banter went back and forth for about 5 min while we waited to order. After the altercation and the table situation was figured out the staff went to the back and never asked us about ordering. After about 2 min and being asked if we ordered 4 times we finally were able to order and receive our food. Below is a picture of 1 of my items I received. No context is needed…I will just say it was definitely not worth the wait.

Staff continuously forgets items on mobile orders. Staff needs to be allowed more time to check orders and receipts should be printed and attached to bags as they are for delivery orders.

Possibly the worst managed / owned / operated local franchise of a fast food chain I’ve ever seen. Avoid at all costs, they’re constantly closed when they say they’re open, they lock the doors during normal hours, they constantly lose orders, and all they do is fight with each other. If you enjoy waiting in a drive-thru line for 30 minutes, and then getting the wrong food or no food at all, this is the place for you!

I live down the road and I LOVE Taco Bell. This is HANDS DOWN the absolute WORST location I’ve ever been to. No matter the time of day, the line is around the building. I’ve sat at restaurants and had my food faster than this place.

Waited 45 minutes for a Gordita crunch. Counted at least 7 employees behind the counter at 6pm on a Saturday night. Only 4 cars when I pulled up. I watched in desperation as employees laughed, showed each other their tattoos and went on multiple breaks while I remained stuck in line. 6 cars behind me bailed but I was determined to wait it out. I even called to ask if there was an issue but they hung up on me when I asked politely how much longer it would be. My friend with me ordered a pizza from Jimmys about 15minutes after we got in line that was done before I even made it to the order menu. I will never go back here again. I advise anyone currently waiting in line to bail like the 6 cars behind me did. It’s not worth it

At about 8 o’clock pm, I went inside the store to order the food. After I placed a slightly complicated order, I noticed the look of frustration on the faces of everyone else standing there, waiting for their orders. After a while, one of them offered to go in the back and make it themselves because he thought he’d get his food faster. I remember thinking, why is that one worker mopping the floor while the other worker watched him mop the floor (I think he might have been the manager) while the line continued to grow and food was barely trickling out. Eventually, the person I thought might be the manager, locked the doors, and asked the people inside that were standing around waiting for our food, to please not let anyone else in. As one customer became more agitated, a different worker simply and politely said, “I’m sorry,” which was enough to take the wind out of the agitated customers sails, and we just continued to wait patiently. One by one, we all got our orders, and when I finally got my order and walked outside, I saw a worker standing outside the store smoking, and I thought, why are they not inside working?

Dining ‘room’ was closed so I was required to use the drive through. Signs advertise to use the APP and skip the line but you can’t. Order was not prepared correctly but was on the receipt but because you drive through there isn’t time to check. Taco shells tasted stale or hard and weird. Usually don’t get fast food but I love taco bell but this place ruined it for me.

We started out for dine in but after a 40 minute wait we decided to go. Order was wrong the wait was long. People were getting annoyed waiting around for their food the dinning room had about 10 people just sitting there waiting. 3 people who came in and ordered after us got their food first . We sat in their drive through for an hour. And waited for food. This is the second time this has happened to us. No apology nothing they sat there and filled Grubhub orders over others sitting in cars. Over five cars pulled off and was upset customers were yelling and screaming over the the time they were waiting in this line.
