The power bowl looked like somebody ate some. Counter was filled with clutter. No forks in the dispenser. Had to wait a short while to get somebody to take my order inside. The floor was not swept up, I know it is winter and this is tough to keep up with. The food was pretty tasty though and it came out fairly quickly. I did see them cleaning the counter off a little while I was there.

We come here a lot, and it seems like every other time we do, we have to come in to have our food remade 3 different times. Nacho fries are always cold and seemed to be scraped from the bottom of the fry well. As somebody who has worked in fast food for years, this location is in need of some serious TLC. A $20 order isnt worth $20 extra in gas to continuously drive back and forth to have food remake

Extremely rude. I order 4 of the specials word for word from the menu and they act like they don’t know what I’m taking about. Then when they finally figure it out they say the price is higher then the drive through menu says…. I take a picture to show them and Two employee’s act getto and nasty rude like they can not understand. Ill be back, I visit multiple times a week and will be sure to fill out the survey on my receipt from now on as a negative response regardless. That was uncalled for. ☆

Well ordered and paid for the Spicy Grilled Double steak Buritto and it was nothing like what I seen on the TV advertisement ! It was in a tortilla wrap not grilled,no sign of jalapeños or barely any steak. Most of these people making this stuff are not up to the job and very lax. Paying more in wages and the consumer paying more for the product for a lesser outcome. Guess I’m going to travel alittle farther down the road and give Chipotle a shot at a better deal and real.

I ordered and paid for supreme tacos but when I got home noticed that was not what I received. I have learned through past experience to count my items before driving away because they often times forget to put something ordered in the bag. Now it appears that I will have to open each individually wrapped item to ensure it is “as ordered”. The other item I ordered was a burrito. While the item ordered is what I received, it was cold, hard and looked as if it had been opened and/or reassembled. Taco Bell prepares their food when ordered but this burrito seemed like it had been setting out for awhile. This experience was very disappointing. I visit their drive thru at least once a week because it should be convenient and quick…and it is when the orders are made fresh, the right items are provided, and the order is complete.

Super irritated with this taco bell tonight. I ordered they asked for me to pull over so they can get my order together. No problem I wasn’t upset at all.. Then the sweetest young man came out thanked me for my patience apologized for my wait which again I wasn’t upset about it was a large order for a family of 6. He reassured me everything was in the box and told us to have a nice night. We get home and of course we are missing food and sauce. My husband calls them a young women tells him that he can come back and just get it for free? Firstly it’s not free if in fact already paid for it. My husband tells her that we already paid and it’s not in the box. He drives all the way back out there they give him the missing food no apologizes for the his inconvenience and still no sauce or napkins. Now I spent $$$ my hard earned money and my time making two trips. This is the second time we have visited this location and the second time our order wasn’t right. Considering they make more hourly then most people in this area they should really focus on their customer service skills and if you’re charging for food making sure it actually goes in the bag.
