This is the cleanest Taco Bell location in the area. The service is fast and friendly. Our food was hot and fresh! The only gripe would be that their co2 needed to be changed. Otherwise a great atmosphere and eating experience!

Marsha was working today, and she was so pleasant. She greeted you when you came in and said, “Have a nice day,” when you left. She was extremely attentive to the dining room tables. As soon as customers left, she would be right over there cleaning the area. More Taco Bells should have people like Marsha. I walked out smiling!! Great Job!!!

The employees are more interested in shouting slurs and curse words at each other than they are in getting orders correct. The manager on duty even attempted to get them to quiet down, they simply told him to shut up and went about their loud, disrespectful business. I don’t have a high bar of expectations for a Taco Bell, but this restaurant fails to reach even that. Do not recommend, especially for families.

The best taco bell around!! When they were closed for renovation I really felt it. They’re the only taco bell that consistently makes great food no matter the item. They get the orders right, they’re fast even when crowded. Can’t say enough nice things about this tbell. I go out of my way to go to this one because they always make the burritos fat, the cheese cups are filled. They don’t skimp on the Fiesta potatoes. And on the rare occasion they do mess something up, they fix it without getting rude or accusing you of lying. Great job guys

It’s inconsistent. I’ll order the same exact thing the grilled cheese burrito. Sometimes it’s big and sometimes it’s small. First couple times I got it it was big so I loved it but since then it’s never the same size. Randomly big or small seems entirely different based on the cook. When I pay like $7-8 and it’s small I feel ripped off

yet another place where the workers hate their jobs.. tossed chips into a bag upside down, filled the cheese cup 1/4 of the way, overfilled the chalupa making a giant mess and couldn’t be bothered to give or offer napkins. I’ll stick to the Rotterdam location instead

Whoooboy, I am in Latham passing through between Boston and Rochester tonight. I was starving. I cannot begin to tell you how amazing this Taco Bell is. These magical people built me the very best Mexican Pizza I have ever had, and the custom burrito I ordered was not only nailed, it was stuffed fat and closed expertly, and like a miracle it handled like a dream eating it in my car. SO GOOD!! Thank you, Taco Bell! Hongry no más!

For the most part this is a pretty good Taco Bell. I’ve always had good experiences with most of the employees. I mean there’s one young girl that works to drive-through that. Is it too friendly but otherwise it’s a pretty good talk about to go to love the food
