Shoutout to the crew on 4/30/23 around 1pm. We got 3 soft, 3 hard shell tacos and a Crunchwrap supreme, all notorious for being nearly empty. Every taco was filled to the brim with the perfect ratio of ingredients. Everything tasted fresh. I’ve been to many Taco Bell’s (as have we all) over the years and rarely am I this satisfied with an order. Excellent, thank you.

It’s kind of upsetting to see the lights dim down some or turned off doors locked and in the Drive-Thru they don’t accept orders this is the second time I’ve come here at a different time frame and this has happened especially towards the night I can understand people get tired but if you can’t work it doesn’t mean not do your job correctly I did a pickup order and I guess even that’s too much to ask from the store. They had me wait for a whole hour.

I haven’t been to a Taco Bell in over 3 years due to them raising their prices way more than the other fast food places. First time coming back to Taco Bell because of my girlfriend was a major disappointment. I had take out set for 2:15 and didn’t get it until 2:30. My girlfriend had 2 order, one was ready when we got there (about 2:15), the other one never came and we waited and waited and waited until someone asked what we were waiting on. I told them the order and we finally got it around 3:00 (45 mins after we arrived.) That wasn’t the only problem. I went to the bathroom and the urinal didn’t flush so it stunk with urine. The sink was very loose, but did work, no paper towels as well. Considering the other bad reviews, I think this is a management and employee issue. Won’t be coming back.

This place is a disaster. Don’t expect to enter or use the drive thru and get your order in under 15 minutes. No joke. I had to come in to order my food, it was so backed-up. It seemed well-staffed: five people working, all dancing & chatting & ignoring customers.

The restaurant was dirty. There was more dirty tables,then clean ones to choose from.The people behind the counter were very unfriendly. I ordered three supreme tacos and got regular tacos. Went back to the counter and she gave me a container of sour cream and tomatoes. I had to remake my own tacos with the fillings that came with the supreme taco . Not much taco meat on my taco. Not satisfied at all. Our bill was $21.14.

This is exact situation has now happened over five times so it was time to leave a review about it. I ordered on the app, drove to the drive through, finally get to the ordering, “oh we are cleaning the food line, we won’t be able to make food for another 15 minutes. You can come back.” Or the last time it was “we ran out of ground beef, it will be a half hour before we have any made”. At this point, I’ve given up on this Taco Bell. Just close after 8pm if it’s always going to be an issue especially when you sit for 15 minutes waiting for someone to take your order. Also for what it is worth – the experience is not any better when you go inside. Save yourselves the trouble!

While waiting in line at the drive thru about 3-5 minutes, the car ahead of us simply left without ordering. We pulled up and found out why that was. We were told the drive thru was closed and that please come in to order.

The food was good but there was one person that was working that only the window but also the front register. There was one guy walking around taking his precious time to wipe down the tables but the bathroom… We’re absolutely repulsive. As a customer I had to wipe down the toilet just so my daughter can use the bathroom , even more disgusting is that there were two stalls and one of them had blood all over the toilet seat and use pads and tampons all over the floor they’re stale toilet paper all over the floor too and the next all had leftover bowel movements in the toilet and toilet paper everywhere. The bathroom didn’t look like it’s been clean for a very long time. I will never go back to that Taco Bell until I see improvement

I did not know it was possible to wait this long for food at a taco bell. We were in the drive through and waited behind three cars for about half an hour, and when we pulled up to order we were told it’d be a fifteen minute wait to order. I’m not sure if there was just one person working or what was happening.
