May 4th 2023, the Taco Bell had the best crew working at the Mohawk Commons location. Jennifer was our cashier and that woman is absolutely amazing. She has the best personality and is great with people. The entire crew that we interacted with today were fantastic. I didn’t catch everyone’s names but wow, you should stop in for a visit. The food was top notch and the service was exceptional!

Who ever owns this place should be embarrassed. It was awesome waiting to place my order at the drive thru and have one of your workers standing in front of the drive thru order screen blowing cigarette smoke in my truck. The caliber of people you have working here and the terribly sub par quality food is a disgrace. Doesn’t taco bell have any standards? If so your not following them. I will never come back to this taco bell and I will advise anyone else to be cautious.

I do door dash I went there this morning and the doors were still locked so when I went to the drive thru the lady with pink hair didn’t even open the window. She yelled at me through the window and told me I have to cancel the order I needed to pick up. I don’t understand why if they are supposed to be open at 7 am and its now 7:45 and I’m being told I can’t pick up the order. She was too busy eating and drinking her dunkin donuts. This problem needs to be fixed

Be careful! Check your bag and make sure you have everything you ordered. I made it all the way home and noticed I was missing a chalupa. I tried contacting Taco Bell support but nothing was ever done about it.

A blind deaf gopher would make an order more accurate than the workers here. The only difference: A gopher wouldn’t complain about being underpaid to forget sour cream and no tomatoes. UwU pay me more so i can mess up your order with more dedication.

I have given this place a bad review in the past. I have since redacted that review because this place is made a full turnaround. The staff today was incredibly friendly and very accommodating to allergies. The food was almost instantly ready as I came to the window. The staff made jokes and waved and they were very bubbly and personable. This particular Taco Bell I refuse to come back to in the past and I would drive to the other side of town to avoid it. I will now visit this location more often

They didn’t take our order at the counter, we ordered on a tablet. It took a crazy long time to get our food since they were too busy making orders for people who weren’t there. They didn’t give us cups to go with our order for which we had paid and were very rude telling us to reach behind the counter/cash register to get them ourselves. I saw them mess up at least two other orders for the only other people who were actually in the restaurant.

Went through the drive through (one car was ahead of me, no one behind and no one inside. Would understand more if it was busy) and ordered a Pepsi with my meal. Got it, tasted like diet, if not diet then just really bad lol. I went in, 3 people just gave me a dead stare and then the girl remade it, but it looked really light, and literally tasted like seltzer. I just don’t understand why if there was something wrong with the machine or out of syrup or whatever, why not just say that and I would choose something else, there’s no way you could look at the drink and think it looked normal. I’m not hard to please but it’s just rude. I worked in food service for a long time. 3 stars because normally my experience here is fine enough.
