Had delivery..look at pictures. My order was wrong. They put the sour cream between the taco and paper and not on taco. Uber delivery driver pulled up licking her fingers eating taco bell. Not taco nor the driver checked to make sure order was right before she left store. This was for my daughter’s first meal as she’s been in ICU. Terrible

I brought 2 Hard Tacos, and it barely had any taco meat in them, i just happened to be on that side of town, i usually go to the one in Cicero North Syracuse , they put a generous amount of taco meat, well worth your $ , Onondaga Blvd it’s barely any taco meat. I don’t live on that side that’s why in ddidn’t return it. Dont go to taco bell inside the city.

Ordered on the kiosk, waited 10 minutes with nothing, someone came to the front to ask if we ordered and apparently the kiosk didn’t tell them. After they did get the order waited 10+ more minutes for them to get the food.

Ordered food from Taco Bell. Missing a bunch of food out of my bag. Contacted door dash- nothing resolved. Called the Taco Bell 7 times to get a hold of them. Anita- who finally answered was very kind fixed my order. The other workers inside of Taco Bell were disrespectful, cussing and yelling inside of the store.

Alright, so it’s Taco Bell… I’m not expecting gourmet cuisine. What I am expecting is for them to get my order right and for whatever they do get right to have some actual food to eat. I got crunchy tacos that was 80% shell 2% “meat” 2% cheese and 6% lettuce. I’m just annoyed that I made it home with my order before I figured it out.

In line for about thirty minutes. Honestly the longest i’ve ever waited in this location. We pull up to the window and everyone is on their phones. We pay & we even get handed back the wrong change. I don’t mind that i was only missing a dollar. But, for the people on their phones and not paying attention, definitely isn’t cool. Still waited about 10 minutes at the window for two things.
