The staff is rude, hang up the phone after answering and lazy, causing problems with any delivery service and not using the set policy to ensure avoiding these problems by no means should a drive thru take over 30 minutes for 2 tacos to be cold.

Drive through is always out to the road. Been here for an hour at a time. Staff barely speaks and sound depressed. They also close their dine in earlier than they’re supposed to. Food is usually wrong, very particularly they almost always forget the grilled cheese on a GRILLED CHEESE Burrito. Just go to mcdonalds next door at this point, save an hour of your day and gas money.

This is not a dig at the employees by any means, maybe managers or shift leads, but they are clearly very short staffed. We were in a couple of days ago and waited half an hour for dine-in service. It would’ve been less of an issue but we had to wolf down our food to make it to our next destination in time. The ladies before us had waited over half an hour for two soft tacos, and the employees were definitely prioritizing drive-up. There was apparently a single staff member working on entire meals for the dining room, and all other staff members were taking care of drive-up orders. Not sure if this is normal protocol, but I threw an extra star in for that staff member for being a champ trying to keep up with all those meals.

I interviewed and was hired on the spot a week ago to be a closer. But there was a situation that came up because I worked for a Taco Bell 12 years ago and the manager was supposed to get back to me. I tried reaching out to her a couple of times and I kept getting the run around. After reading all these comments about how short staffed they are especially at night you would think they would be a little more eager to let me get started with work. I feel like it is very unprofessional the lack of communication between manager and district manager.

This location has the absolute slowest service I’ve ever received. This is not a shot at the employees, but instead the owner because they are clearly severely understaffed. Last night I waited in line for 45 minutes after getting out of work. There were only 4 cars in front of me, but it took around 7-10 minutes per order. I placed a mobile order but because the inside is closed at night, there was no way for me to skip the line and get my food inside. Once I finally got to the window, I received some coupon vouchers, which was nice. However, the coupons expired December 31st, 2022!

I placed an online pickup order through the mobile app to pick up in the lobby at 5:40pm I arrived at 6:02 p.m to find the lobby locked. An employee came to the door to inform me the lobby was closed. I explain to them that my order was to be picked up from the lobby, and I was directed to go through the drive-thru. I went through the drive-thru where I waited 35 minutes in line only to get my order which had been sitting at the counter since 6:00 (I didn’t realize until I took the food home and the sticker said 6pm) The food was cold and they just told me to Have a good day.

Friendly staff. Food is always assembled correctly and hot unlike some other local TB locations that will give you the wrong order mangled and at room temperature. Drive through is usually pretty quick.

I ordered on the mobile app and after waiting 20 minutes to get my order you would think that the quesadilla would at least have melted cheese inside – it looks like they opened a bag of shredded cheese, poured it on and wrapped it up. It was disgusting and ice cold.
