I placed an online order for my lunch break an hour or so before I went to get it. The website was being glitchy so I wasn’t sure if the order had actually gone through. I show up, they hadn’t gotten my order. I showed a guy at the counter my phone, he prints a receipt and in record-fast time, him and another lady on their assembly line had my order complete. Amazing customer service, awesome people. You guys are all doing great! Keep it up!

Didn’t get a chance to even eat! Let alone order! Was told to order at the kiosk ( which not everyone knows how). Guess they were so busy with the 1 old couple eating inside and the 2 vehicles in the drive through… the 3 things I wanted to order must be too much for the crew to handle

I’ve never been in the store to eat but they do a great job with drive through orders. The line at noon here is typically quite long but they move orders along fast and accurately. The staff is so nice! Most importantly, they are efficient and consistent!

The service was terrible. I paid got my food quickly in the drive thru, but the girl in the window kept me there for two minutes just talking about the survey she wanted me to do for her!! I didn’t even have a chance to get a word in or try to leave without looking rude. Her name was Morgan (which she not only had on the receipt, and told me multiple times, but also handed me a piece of paper with just her name written on it!). A company shouldn’t need customers to take time out of their day for no payout (has anyone ever won that $500???) to rate their employees. It just annoys the customers

I think the last & only time I went to Taco Bell was in 2001 in Ithaca NY. So this afternoon I decided to try this one in Potsdam NY. I ordered from the Cravings Menu bcs I wanted to try a bit of everything. I liked my quisadilla, nachos & taco, but the caramel apple empanada was I found rather disappointing.
