It’s quite literally always SOMETHING!! The headset went out, there’s no ice, out of nuggets…..I could go on, but I think you get the point there. Now if you do get food IT’S NEVER EVER FRESH!!! It’s always room temp. never crispy! THIS PLACE SHOULD CLOSE! How do you even run a business like this?! I’m so appalled all I can do is laugh!! Smdh!

Well where to begin these is absolutely no lighting in the parking lot when your in drive-thru and the building isn’t even lighten up. You barely knew they were open. Then as your pulling around you see the prep station and the crew are pulling food out of the plastic bags the prepepped food comes in and cross contaminating everything because I watched them go from one bag to the other while gloves are on then touching the oven doors by the back drive-thru window then going and making more food. I’m food safe certified and that was gross. We got our food all of it was cold and wasn’t even in the right wrappers. I think the store manager or owner need to get this place into shape.

I had the KFC Nashville Hot chicken tenders. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good. The place was so busy, but seemed to be staffed properly for it. Just unorganized and not prepped properly. Tables were not cleaned in between customers is my only bad remark.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Music was blasting garbage pop so loud the cashier (who wasn’t very interested in listening to begin with) couldn’t understand our orders. Two of the three where a completely different item. The manager comes over clearly angered by our defiance and unwillingness to accept the wrong orders. The correct burritos where thrown together lazily. The food tasted different from any other taco bell I have been to. Dry, bland and missing ingredients. Burritos where not folded correctly and spilled out the end. Sanitation is VERY POOR. Tables are sticky and cooks appear to have given up on their own personal hygiene. Easily the worst food, service and sanitation I have ever experienced at a Taco Bell. Avoid this location.
