If I could give zero stars I would. Good morning. This is a concern/complaint about your Dunkirk, New York location. The address is 10517 Bennett Rd, Dunkirk, NY 14048, United States. We visited this location on Saturday, August 19th at around 3:45pm. This restaurant is a MESS. It took 10 minutes for someone to take our order (we were first in line). The receipt machine was not working and no one got a receipt or knew their order numbers. The staff was slow. There were 7 employees present at the time and all but one was walking around laughing and cavorting and NOT working. These were all young men who were more interested in talking and eating candy than working. I literally watched a staff member pop candy into their mouth and then go to the food prep line. It took another 15 minutes to get our order. The staff repeatedly came to the front and announced the order number to guests how had NO idea what their order number was due to not receiving receipts. This lead to further delay as the staff didn’t seem to be able to tell guests what food items were in that order number. The front of house was disgusting. There wasn’t a single clean table and the garbage was overflowing. Eventually, after waiting a very long time and watching how our food was being made we decided we didn’t want to eat there and felt that food safety didn’t seem to be important to the staff. We asked for a refund and were told, “we don’t do refunds”. After we complained about the dining room being dirty a staff member came out and changed the garbage. The entire time he was on his phone talking about getting beer for his night out. The hot sauces were nearly empty and there was only one kind available. Other guests were getting upset and complaining about the chaos and long waits. This location needs some serious management. The staff have no direction and don’t seem to know how to problem-solve or do their jobs. If the health department showed up you would have issues with unsanitary conditions and staff not washing hands and eating on the food prep line. We would like a refund of our purchase. Of course, we have NO receipt because they couldn’t give us one. We ordered a #3 Taco Bell combo and a Nacho Bell Grande. I would like a reply to this complaint.

Had to wait 45 minutes in the drive through when there was only 5 cars ahead of me. I ordered a burrito and a chicken taco..they put a dirty piece of trash inside the wrapper that contained my food, the burrito barely had any meat in it, and the chicken taco literally had no chicken in it it was just the soft shell and lettuce…complete waste of time and money

The worker put his fingers in my cup when he handed it to me when I dined in. The worker could not hear me when taking my order because he had AirPods in and was too busy on his phone. It’s a shame because I always loved their chicken sandwich but the atmosphere and the worker made it very difficult to enjoy my experience. Such a shame that management was not paying attention to their employees.

I could hot go into the lobby, so my order was not what I wanted. They did not have enough staff to open the lobby. My husband ordered chicken and they were all out of breasts and the chicken was over cooked. This facility has gone down hill in the last three years.

ts is kinda funny but bro literally why was there only one person that was actually working i went to the drive thru and they didn’t get my order so i went inside to order like they asked and while i was waiting 3 customers went up saying they were missing almost their entire order and the workers in the back were eating the food straight tf up. i feel so bad for the one guy doing his job

This was the worst experience I have ever had. My taco shell wasn’t even cooked from Taco Bell. My cheese on my KFC famous bowl was bad, it didn’t even melt and was only on half of the bowl. All the taco bell employees left so there was only KFC workers and never completed my sisters order (which was wrong the first time they handed it out) and took over 30 minutes once told it was wrong to be remade! I will never be bringing my service to this location. I will visit one of the other food establishments or go out of my way to find a different Taco Bell or KFC.

Services slow people who ordered after us bigger orders were getting served before us so when we went up and said something the lady copped attitude with us place was clean the food was good it’s not like the stuff was old and sitting there like a few Taco bells have been to it just seemed like they were kind of unorganized and unable to keep up with customers when it’s busy won’t be stopping again though

Wanted to go in and eat but the store was closed early so I had to go through drive-thru What a mistake that was,. that driveway , lost my muffler in their giant pot hole that you couldn’t avoid from the drive through window. Hard taco shells were broken. The box meals were all crammed in to one big bag with the rest of the food not very happy with this place.
