I ordered on the app, and was immediately greeted at the speaker which was great. However, I got to the window and waited another nearly 20 minutes with no one coming to the window to let me know my food was being made or what was happening? That’s right, 20. Then the bag was shoved out the drive thru window, with no words, no thank you, no discussion of my order, nothing. To top it off, I get home and of course, the order is wrong, steak instead of chicken. Oh and the food was not hot. I don’t think I’ve ever been to this drive-thru without waiting at least 10 to 15 minutes with rude, non interactive employees, who act like they’re doing you a favor. I don’t know why I keep going there, that’s on me, but I am stopping as of now.

Walked in didn’t want to use the kiosk and had to wait while 4 employees stood around chewing the fat.Finally a woman came over to take my order. I guess the days of polite service is dead and gone these days. The food was stale so I threw it out. What a waste of money. Food isn’t cheap these days and who can afford to throw away good money after bad food and service! I will never go there again!

I swear they got good food, but they always mess up the orders. I just got a taco with tomato’s and sour cream, when I requested both to not be on it. ON TOP OF THAT instead of beef I asked for steak AND THERE WAS NO MEAT IN THE TACO. How do you forget to put any meat?

Got a doordash delivery from here, bit into two long strands of hair from my quesadilla. Door dasher also said they saw them drop several pieces of food but I hoped they remade the food. Don’t have an appetite for the rest of my food. As a fast food employee as well, this is unacceptable.

My boyfriend and I are staying at a hotel for my birthday, and we were hungry and wanted something to eat sense we have no food at the hotel. First we decide to walk over there and then we realized the dine in area was closed so we asked the woker’s if they would still serve us and they ignored us. So then we decide to grab our car and drive over so we could get something to eat before they closed. Then we began to Order our food mind you we didn’t have a big order at all it was a taco and a burrito, that’s it they got my burrito wrong and then I had to go back around to get it fixed. They gave me another one and it was wrong again. We waited a good 5-10 mins at the window and they ignored us so I decided to take the food as is. But my experience there wasn’t at all good, so there for I feel as though I had to do a rating and warn people about there service and I normally don’t do this I never rate anything but that’s how bad my experience was so there for I did this time. The food shouldn’t be judged by the service so I know people still gonna wanna eat here I just thought I should warn everyone when your at this location just be mindful there rude and you might have to repetitively repeat your self to make sure you get the right order.

The management here is awful! I gave them a long time to get their act together, because it was new, but it’s quite clear that their management is horrible. They are CONSTANTLY out of things. Someone isn’t ordering and doing proper inventory. Out of hard shells for example? Out of nachos? Even Out of BEEF, once! At least offer a free upgrade to steak or chicken, if that happens. Don’t let customers waste their time and roll through without ordering! So pathetic! And they go through GOOD employees like crazy! Just saw a guy who I loved from there working at Arby’s now. That right there is a sign of AWFUL management… Treat your employees better to keep them around so you’re not spending so much in training new employees and get rid of the bad management! Fire them! They’re costing you money! From one owner to another!

The website has the wrong hours for one, every time we go they are out of food.. we tried to come up with a new order since everything we originally wanted was sold out 2 min later they told us they were closed. We drove all that way for them to tell us they were closed maybe that should update their online info and let us take a second to come up with new options since they are always running out of food.

Sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes after placing a mobile order 40 minutes prior to be told they’re out of food now and there’s nothing they can do for me. How does a place run out of food or have a lack of awareness when supplies are running low? $27 mobile order I’ll probably never see a refund for.
