I recently visited this taco bell and was just amazed by the quality of food. The chipotle chicken burrito was exceptional. I’m not sure why it’s different than other taco bell locations since it’s a chain, but it was just right, perfect proportions, perfect toasted tortilla, and juiciness! Unfortunately, when we visited, they were short-staffed, but the delicious food made up for it. Amber who I believe was the manager came out to all the tables and apologized for the wait, and gave us free taco coupons. I was impressed by her professionalism and kindness. Thank you Amber! Please keep up the excellent customer service and great food! Presentation was noticeably cleaner than other locations as well.

From the staff, to the cleanliness, to the speed and accuracy of orders, I’ve yet to find a single thing to nitpick about. Truly a top notch location!

Staff was very patient with us (4 in the car) and all the food was delicious even with it being 10pm. I’m used to very stale food and bad service at this time. Steak and cheese grilled cheese buritto and chulupas are the move. Value box is an insane deal too.

I am very disappointed with our near by Taco Bell today! (Fairport, NY 14450) The way I have been treated, as well as the overwhelmingly poor attitude of the young woman who has some leadership role within your establishment is concerning! She escalated the situation, and basic ruined the rest of my day. I am astonished by this, as to the point I am taking additional time to review this terrible situation!

Extremely fed up with this location. We spent over 60$ on our meal just to have it messed up for the 100th time. We ordered for a family of 6. NONE of our drinks were delivered, we were missing 2 tacos. Instead they gave us 2 totally different tacos. Not just that but they put the Mexican pizza on the bottom of ALL the tacos. It was completely inedible. Who ever the manager was on tonight tried to be polite even though I was so furious. I worked as a GM in the fast food industry for a very long time. These “kids” working these days need some serious proper training and a reality check. Work hard, get rewarded. This is by far the worst location that we have ever eaten at.
