My power bowl came in a box with NO top! I said no lettuce to my regular soft taco still got lettuce. My power bowl was supposed to come with shredded cheese and never even got that! I got a small bowl of beans and rice and I was supposed to get nacho cheese and steak and didn’t get it. All my food ended up coming cold and when I went to call them the phone rang and then went to voice mail as if they ended it so they wouldn’t have to hear it

Great manager! Always being alone and running the store completely by herself. She has such a positive attitude. Does everything by the book and make sure customers are satisfied! Deserves way more credit than she will ever be given. And it was great food I will absolutely be back to this place again!

Service was good up until recently. They’ve given us the wrong order around 3 times now. We order online so the coupons they have given us to make up for the staffs mistakes are useless they are the same ones on the app. The food has been cold a few times, especially this time. Food is also poorly wrapped and poorly put together. We’ve decided to stop going here. Hopefully whoever reads this will hopefully have a better experience than what we have had.

This is the Taco Bell that has a drug addict as a manager who does drugs on the property and can’t make anything right. Be careful of the blonde manager guy he will spit in your food and when you report him nothing gets done about it. this place is going down and the food isn’t worth it

I was just served the most awful Burrito Supreme that I’ve ever gotten a a Taco Bell. The Macedon branch. It was disgusting. If I’d have gone inside and not the drive through I would’ve threw it on the counter. Ordered couple hots ,,, nope. I’ll never go there again. It was not busy at all either !!!

Taco bell was better in the day. You would get a hard shell that was full, not so much now. But it’s a quick snack that satisfies the hunger. The facility was clean inside and our order came out quickly. However one item was forgotten. They did give us the item when we went back inside.

Restaurant was dirty, especially near where you pick out sauces. We were at the counter for a good 5 minutes before someone waited on us. Just to see a worker coming from the gas station next door, after our money was finally exchanged. Food was ok…..

i went to drive through and got 10-11 tacos and they only gave me 4 sauces. I don’t understand how anyone thinks 4 is enough sauce for 11 tacos. Went in to get some more sauce and only gave me 3 more. I don’t know if i’m just being dramatic but i like to have some spice with my tacos not just wet meat.

Worst taco bell ever!!! Everything I ordered I put no sourcream, but Everything I got had sourcream! Also on the chalupa they were out of dorito tacos so they just gave me a regular taco in place of a chalupa, but I paid for a chalupa! So I told them I didn’t care if it had a regular taco instead of dorito taco, but I still should receive a chalupa especially since I paid for it to be one. They were so lost n confused by that, no one took the step to make my order right. Spent $42 n couldn’t eat but 1 item, since I can not eat sour cream. Such a huge waste, they need a manager in this store asap!
