Metal will never die
Servers didn’t appear very friendly. They seemed like they didn’t wanna be there. Food was great but service was ridiculously slow. They got our drinks then we waited at least a half hour for the waitress to take our food last l orders which is unacceptable. We waited almost an hour for our food. I’ve been coming to this place since I was a kid and never did I see any employee here who didn’t have their heart or focus in the job.

Pulled in to the drive thru with two people in front of me waiting to order. I sat waiting FOR 25 MINUTES and the first person didn’t even order yet STILL!! A full line of cars backed up to the road and we haven’t moved for half an hour??? I gave up on it and left. I peeked into the drive thru window as I drove by and saw two employees just standing around laughing while 3 more cars are waiting for their food.

The order was wrong. Poor girl at the counter is holding her own, but way bombarded. There needs to be an order between workers. It’s like watching everyone scramble to get things done.

I didn’t like my burrito , it had onions in it ( never had that before at a taco bell ) . But it was fresh made an hot , but that took much time for our full order to be served . My Son enjoyed his meal

I thought u were actually supposed to get lettuce and cheese on Cheesy Gordita Crunches…not mine!! They screw up my order every single time I go here. My daughter got Chicken Chalupas and they gave her beef! Get it together Taco bell!!

**2nd update: Decided to stop tonight 5/26/22 because Mexican Pizza is back on the menu. Waited a bit for my order which is customary for this place and noticed after I was handed the bag by the manager that the pizza box was standing on it’s side. I set it the right way but it was too late. The pizza was a mess. They were also out of Dr. Pepper. Running out of cheese, beef and beans is also customary at this location. Still keeping this at 1 star
