The drive through literally takes 10-15 minutes per car every time for the last year, making each trip 45 minutes to an hour long if you want to wait that long. The last time I did it was for a mobile order. The women on the speaker said she didn’t have an order in my name, only an order for Josh and 4 numbers after that. I assumed that is an internal order number so I said yeah I guess. When I got to the window this older women glared at me, refused to say a word, and threw the straw at me. Literally waited another 10 minutes at the window for the food. And the car behind me wasn’t even past the speaker yet when I finally left with my food. I have no idea what I did to deserve that. People have bad days but if you act like that don’t work in customer service. Period.

There was an employee there today who was chewing food while working in the food area. They only take care of the drive thru and the customers are left stand there waiting to order or waiting a half hr for a cup to get a drink or a drink. I walked out and went to McDonalds and it was smooth sailing. Hire more employees!

Soap and hand sanitizer empty in men’s room. No hand sanitizer locations in the dining area. When I asked the cashier if she had a sanitizer bottle I could use, she said they don’t have any in the restaurant. How does staff wash their hands after using the restroom. I am sad that I’m not going back as I liked Taco Bell. I would think twice before eating in Ithaca at this location.

We ordered Two Taco Party packs “24 tacos” $47.26 ! We did the Mobile App for ordering and I couldn’t be more unhappy not only with the food but with the quality of service as well, we waited over 45 min for our order and while we were in the lobby waiting for our order we noticed two employees come in for there shifts with family and friends and they served them food within 5-7 min while we still sat and waited ‍♀️ When we got our food it was missing two of the tacos we wanted made differently for our 3 year old niece, and no sauces , we finally get home and most of our tacos are so tiny ! And missing everything except for the meat almost $50 in food and it was barely worth $20 so my overall experience today was not good ,

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Ordered through the app and when we got there, the door was closed, forcing us to go through the 15 car drive-thru. After 30 minutes, when we finally got to the window, they told us they never got the order. We tried showing them the email confirmation and they said they couldn’t make it. Staff was rude and would not listen to us.

Today was the second time I left without getting anything. The doors are locked, despite everything saying Open. When i try to order through the app, something always goes wrong and the app refuses to let me check out. This doesn’t happen at other Taco Bells, just this one missing out on all my business!!

Worst taco bell ever. 90% of the time the doors are locked even though they say they’re open. Using the staffing excuse makes no sense either because when the doors are unlocked there isn’t anyone at the counter anyway so you have to use the kiosk to order. Makes no sense. They obviously need a change in management. The owners have really let this place run into the ground.

After waiting in line for over a half hour I was turned away stating it was door dash only. There was no signage, no announcement. The car in front of me got to order and I was denied. I was told that they are short staffed and I must not work in food service. I said I actually manage in food service and you don’t change policy without signage. You also don’t turn away customers, you turn off third party ordering. Thankfully I found a wonderful mom and pop shop 20 minutes away. Serendipity.

Horrible customer service. They locked the doors to the lobby and told us to go to the drive through instead because they were short staffed, which we understood. However, when we drove into the drivethru, they told us to leave the drive through and go to the lobby to do an order at the kiosk. We waited in line at the kiosk to order, and right when it was our turn to order, they walked up to the kiosk and taped a sign on it that said they are only taking mobile orders. Very rude. I understand being short staffed, but they should have communicated to us earlier that we cannot order through the kiosk if they were planning on closing it as we were all waiting in line. Not very satisfied.
