The food here always seems to come out better than other Taco Bells. The people are really nice and otherwise it’s just a Taco Bell. Be careful pulling out of the parking lot the angle is a little wierd and a car can scrape unless you go slowly with your wheels turned.

The past few months I have noticed the cheese in the quesadillas is consistently not all the way melted. I have been just dealing with it but today I went to get one and this is what it looked like. Not even close to melted. I went back through the drive thru and they were nice and made me another one but it was still not melted and had tons of sauce this time. I watched them make it and they didn’t even check to see if it was melted. I used to work at Taco Bell and I swear the timer for the quesadilla grill used to be 21 seconds and now I can see it’s 17 seconds. It’s clearly not long enough to melt the cheese!

I’m a door dasher and I have never been asked to show my phone for an order I have picked up besides this taco bell they say ” they have to confirm I’m picking up the right order” but me being a door dasher for 3+ years I think it’s a bit ridiculous that I have to show proof. Another complaint I have is how did the evening shift manager not realize that the fryers hadn’t been on all day when they have to repeatedly keep their fryer stuff fresh and timed? Then they had thought it was funny and was laughing among the other crew while I still waited making my order for my customer almost 20 minutes late!

I don’t even want to give this location one star. We ordered online, on our way there bc we were headed to a school event at a specific time. We paid. We get there. No-one is available. We waited for a few minutes. An employee came out. Didn’t acknowledge any of us standing there. She just shouted, “We don’t have any sour cream, lettuce or napkins.” She walks away. My husband asks for our drinks while we wait. He approaches the counter 2 more times asking about our food. No-one cares. 40 minutes pass. And I finally say to the employees on the food line/drive thu, that we need to leave and need a refund for the food we never got. The manager then grabs a bag of food on the drive thru counter and says, “This is your food. No-one ever gave it to you.” It had been sitting back there the entire time we waited. I tell her we no longer want it and we’d like a refund. She tells us no. We left with no food. No refunded money. And 25 minutes late to the event. I actually stopped a customer from going in there as we were leaving. They either need new staff or to just close down.

Slow service. Employees were more focused on their own conversation. I checked the bag as I left the parking lot; they forgot an item so I had to spend another 15 minutes in line waiting to have it addressed. Apparently the gave Me the incorrect order; therefore somebody else also received the wrong order. I was given the correct items but it was almost 30 minutes for fast food.

Went to drive thru. The young girl who took my order and handed me my food was pleasant and professional. It’s been a number of years since I had taco bell, but it tasted the way a remember. I forgot how big the drinks were though. They don’t really fit in my cup holders.
