Taco Bell is the only fast food open after 11pm in our area, we visit before midnight. We order soft tacos without lettuce & burritos without sour cream, it’s a 50/50 chance that we are given what we ordered. When we questioned our order last week we were asked to give them back the bag & felt interrogated.

They are supposed to be open until 2 am. Says it on the website and on the building. I got there at 1 am and the drive thru told me they were closed. Better update your hours on google and change your signage then.

The past 4 times I’ve gotten food at this taco bell, it’s been incorrect and always missing items. The people working there act like they really do not take pride in their job and make it seem like you are disturbing them if you stop in the drive thru to place an order. It’s a shame because some of taco bells food is good, when it is made correctly. The franchise owners really need to clean up the store and retrain the staff.

Thanks to Reddit, I learned how to customize an order and got the BEST soft tacos yesterday. The staff had them ready fast and they were exact to my customization. I appreciate them doing the little extras, it’s my husband’s new favorite menu item.

Everything was exceptional food taste, temp, visual, full tacos. It’s unfortunate when you have to lower your rating so much of a restaurant when it has nothing to do with the main reason for going. Lost 2 stars out of what should’ve been a 5+ star rating because the food was exceptional because the team members service quality was so terrible. No welcoming feeling, very short, standoffish, no hello, thank you; customer service skills were non-existent. Also the register attendant could’ve been giving the lobby and beverage station some much needed attention. Dried soda everywhere, low on sauce packets, dirty tables (just a couple). But besides this locations Hospitality it was an excellent choice for lunch!

I was so excited to get these loaded fries and I even ordered extra but it was much to my disappointment that when I ordered them they had no tomato or sour cream and I don’t even feel I got my extra meat. This was VERY disappointing because what they provided made me upset and not wanting to order ever again. This looks like it can be delicious if they actually gave you what was supposed to be on there along with what I requested. Let’s not even talk about our do called supreme Doritos locos tacos . They have got to do start caring and do better!!

Staff was very friendly!! They marked which of our items were fresco so we didn’t have to go searching through. Everything was well made and on a taco bell spectrum, our experience was artisanal. Thank you! I hope you got to go home and go straight to bed like you were hoping to after your shift.
