I probably frequent this place too much. It is always my go to when I do not feel like cooking or after travelling. Staff is always friendly and the food is always made correct when I go. Have yet to have an issue here but it is fast food. Your expectations shouldn’t be that of a 5 star restaurant. I will say it is one of the top Taco Bells I have been too.

I ordered 2 crunchy taco supremes and a crunch wrap supreme for almost $12. I could hardly notice meat in any of my items. The tacos had been sitting around and were stuck to the wrappers. The Crunch Wrap tasted like a tortilla shell since there was barely anything inside. Won’t be going back any time soon. Too bad. Service in the drive thru was fine.

Countless (inexcusable) inadequacies could be pointed to to illustrate what it is that makes this Taco Bell one of the most repulsive places on the planet, not to mention the one restaurant with what is easily the lowest quality of food preparation and attention to detail I have literally ever seen. But I leave you with this one simple photo, taken the other day when I braved an in-store visit. (One employee was literally standing in the food you see in the photo … while also preparing my food. )

A mixed bag. I love their food, and it’s always tasty. Fast service, easy access to the building itself. However, I don’t always get my whole order, or what I ordered exactly. The staff is always nice, and happy to make things right, so I’ll keep coming back.

Worst Fast Food experience I’ve ever had hands down, management was downright disrespectful and they served food that wasn’t properly prepared and stored and then heard them talking bad about customers. The store was filthy and the speed of service was the worst part

The entire floor and almost all the tables were covered in taco mess. It looked as though the ingredients had a Fiesta on the floor and no one bothered to clean up. The food, while being edible, was not even remotely where it should be. It looked like someone mixed everything in a pot and threw it on the tortilla. The burrito Supreme was a soupy mess, the crunch wrap was flat and wasn’t even folded correctly, the only thing that turned out decent was the plain taco. And to top it off you had employees swearing loud enough for the entire place to hear. No one wants to hear that while trying to have a nice, peaceful lunch. Come on people show some pride in your work. It might not be glamorous but it means a lot to people who come in. And honestly how would you feel if this was your experience.
